Excellent knowledgeable vet. Appreciate the ease of making an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Unusual...the vet was running about twenty minutes behind schedule. Caring animal vet service and understanding of owner and pet needs. Highly recommended. I dismissed 4 other vet services due to "over selling" pet needs and excess costs.

I really think a little more caring could go into this animal hospital I brought my new puppy there 4 years ago looking for more of a family feel that I no longer felt from my previous vet. Reaching them is very hard. Appointments are tough and took at least a week or more. My dog passed away due to complications from anesthesia. She had dental cleaning previously and was very sensitive. It took her almost a week to get back to herself. I asked this fact to be put in her chart. When she had to have emergency surgery I again reminded them. Initially I was told they would keep her a couple days after the surgery. They sent her home the day after. She was never ok. She passed 2 days after the surgery.

Never a dull moment! The boys ran out in the yard to bark at the mail truck. S'more came in dripping a blood trail. Emergency vet trip. We got lucky. He only snapped his nail at the quick. Root was not damaged. They had a room waiting and we're now home resting! Thank you Dr. Billman & Wyomissing Animal Hospital!

I really appreciated that the vet did not want to insist on testing. I did not feel like they were just after my money. I will be back.

It’s like calling into the State Department. Impossible to speak with a receptionist or anyone for that matter. The Vets themselves are wonderful, but the communication or lack thereof has gotten quite old with their front desk.

Even if your pet is an established patient, they leave NO ROOM on their schedule for sick appointments, so they direct you to the emergency hospital, BluePearl. My husband decided to accept a waiting list appt. When he arrived, they made him wait 45 minutes and then he left, disgusted. This vet is overscheduled, they rarely answer the phone and they are disrespectful in the way they treat customers. I will never go back even if I have to find a reliable vet far from here.

I'm an established client. My dog died 9/23/21, Dr Flannery took excellent care of her. 11/5, I called to schedule an Appointment I was getting a new puppy on 11/6/21. Was told the next available appointment for a new animal was 12/15/21. Asked to book with Dr Flannery, the earliest Dr Flannery could see the new puppy was 12/17. I booked it! Monday 11/8, I called it looks like my puppy may have worms. Can I schedule an appointment. Was told new animal appointments are booked into the middle of December. I already have an appointment on 12/17, my 8 week old new puppy needs to be seen before 12/17. You are more then happy to check with other Veterinarians, we are booked up! Today I had to call another Veterinarian to see my new puppy. She definitely had Tape Worms. Sad really liked this Veterinarian Group and Dr Flannery. SAD!

Our well visit for both our pups were with Dr. Flannery. Sophie was very happy to see her and staff. That’s saying something for her to have no fear. And Boomer is our shy boy and too was fine. Both pups had great experiences there from physicals to booster shots and nail trimming.

I made the mistake of leaving Dr Ramsey 2 1/2 years ago. It was a major mistake!! I did it to save money, I have, had, 3 dogs. When my Jack was at the end, the vet I had transferred to, The Vet On Main, Dr. Fry, in Birdsboro, was simply not available in his final hours. However, when I picked up the phone and called Dr. Ramsey, embarrassed that I had left 2 1/2 years earlier because of cost, did not hesitate to stay after the time she was due to leave and said to bring him in in less than an hour. After she asked me what was going on, she and I made the decision. The hardest decision you ever have to make and you really need that one person who has better judgement, understanding and compassion to help you and give you the strength to do what is best for your pet, not what you want, which is selfish. I cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Ramsey's sincere care for my Jack, me and my husband. I always said she was great before I left to save money, now I will shout it out "THERE IS NO BETTER VET THAN DR ASHLEY RAMSEY" I will never take any of my pets to anyone other than Dr. Ramsey. I must also thank the girl who took my frantic call and went to get Dr. Ramsey before she left for the day.

The entire staff out there animal first. They are kind, gentle and talk to the animals. The veterinarian are absolutely winded and explain everything in detail. Won’t go anywhere else. I have been going there well over 30 years. You are the best. Keep it going
