He was so polite and finished in just a few minutes. How often can anyone say they’ve had such positive experiences with a car dealership? Matt (Matty) McDonald at Tom Masano’s Auto Park completely changed that for me. From the moment we arrived, the entire place felt welcoming, comfortable, and surprisingly fun to be in. Matt was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful, and he never once applied pressure or used any of those typical car-sales tactics. Instead, he listened, answered questions honestly, and made the whole process feel calm and manageable.
Even during the worst part of buying a car—the finance side—Wally was outstanding. He was patient, transparent, and genuinely respectful, which made a usually stressful step feel straightforward and human.

“I called Peter after reading another reviewer who was buying a car from out of town. I was also coming from out of state to buy a reconstructed car. I needed a local mechanic to go over the car for me before I drove 3 hours to buy it. In this case, I arranged for Peter to help the seller by performing the enhanced inspection for him (since it was still salvage). Then while he had the car I had him go over additional items and test drive it for me. Peter was awesome! Called me several times to see specifically what I wanted him to check and then reported what he found. He texted me pictures of the repaired areas as well. His receptionists were very knowledgeable too and assisted along the way. His price was very reasonable, and in the end it worked out for me to make the trip to buy the car after the rebuilt title came back. The seller and I met at his shop and he showed me in person some of the things he found earlier. His office did the title paperwork and transit tag for me as well and notorized my bill of sale. Great service, honest evaluation and very good price. Thank you Peter for your help!”

“This repair shop is unlike any that I have ever experienced. We travel 5 months a year, much of the time driving. Passing through Reading, my old home town, it was time for an oil change. Our Honda CRV has 62 thousand miles and also in need for a thorough checkup and this is exactly what they offered. They found a number of issues and promptly took of them. The employees, their communication, their efficiency and organization are exceptional. I found the whole experience a pleasure.”

“We had to have some body work done and brought it in for an estimate. Every single person we encountered was smiling, friendly, and helpful. We were able to drop the car off a few days later, and once again the customer service was wonderful. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be. The work was great and they had almost mini detailed the interior of my car for me. They left it in much better shape than when I dropped it off. They do excellent work and are all so pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them!”
