Needed a capacitor for my ceiling fan. I called them to see if they had one. I was expecting to change it myself. Found out that they would repair it. What a relief! Friendly and professional. Just had to wait approximately 15 min. and it was done! Thanks.

I bought 4 ceiling fans and a Simplicity stick broom from A-Z. The sales staff, Nate and owner Scott are very knowledgeable and courteous, and I believe they sell quality merchandise. My only issue, and guess it's my fault for not asking clearer questions, is the fact they have no in home service. Yes, the fans we bought have tremendous warrantys, but when I called about 3 of the fans (same manufacturer and type) all operating differently, is when I learned I would need to call my electrician at 83 per hour (plus the initial service call fee) to come look at them or take them down, or self diagnose them myself. Maybe a big box store would have been the way to go if I need to do my own service work. And future customers, there is a service charge to use credit or debit cards. Check or cash, no service charge.

It was my first and last experience with this vacuum shop. Multiple employees were less than friendly. Their vacuum repair service was not clear. I had to call after a week to find out if they were still figuring out an estimate for my vacuum repair. They still hadn’t worked on my vacuum and said they’d call me back once their repair person finally took a look at the vacuum. I chose not to have them repair the vacuum based on their slow service and complete lack of communication. When I went to pick up the vacuum, they couldn’t find my vacuum. Then when they finally found it, they said they needed some time to take out the repaired parts (that I never approved). They said they had to put in the new parts to figure out what was wrong with the vacuum. When I finally got my vacuum back and was walking out the door (after them arguing with me when I simply wanted my vacuum back and wanted to be done with them out of concerns of more and more issues with them), they had to stop me at the door because they found another one of my vacuum parts in their backroom that they hadn’t put back into the vacuum. Extremely confusing vacuum repair (estimate and repair) process with employees that were confrontational instead of communicative and helpful. I’ll never be returning. I highly recommend others take caution when doing business here.

I am terrified that this store might close one day. Growing up my mother shopped here. I have had a cleaning business for 15 years. I have bought quite a few appliances here. Including vacuums, steamers, buffers, fans etc. Service of wonderful. Several times I brought things in for repair and they fixed it in the spot. Absolutely love this establishment. I wish other stores would take a lesson from A to Z on customer service!! 5 stars are not enough!
