First you’d expect a business to open on time when they open at 11 AM which is late as it is , on top of that they are extremely overpriced, I avoid going to Vape Dragons as hard as I possibly can. Exeter Smoke Shop is 10000000x better

I purchased a vape battery and the guy asked if I wanted a charger for it. I figured they all come with one so I said no. He opened the package and removed the charger that comes with it. Told me they charge extra for the charger. Every battery I've ever bought comes with a charger. Beware people don't go here they are rip offs.

Rude to their customers. Also selling 100ml monster jam for 34.93, the SAME EXACT JUICE, SAME EXACT SIZE sells for 23$ (including tax) at Snack Attack in Wilkes barre, when asked why their price is so much higher/ told about the price difference the assumed owner told said customer that they were lying & that if that was the case it was a different size.. people know what they buy. 1000% SNACK ATTACK IN WILLES BARRE sells the SAME SIZE & FLAVOR FOR ALMOST 10$ less. No customer service skills AT ALL. could of simply said “oh well these are our prices” instead of calling a PAYING (already paid for the juice) customer a liar & using air quotes concerning what they said. Horrible business model, rude people. Save your money and go to a SMALL BUSINESS WITH BETTER PRICES BY FAR.

Absolutely horrible place, extremely horrible customer service, extremely over priced, 100ml for 34.93 plus tax the same juice same size 100ml in Wilkes barre 20.00 plus tax. Vape Dragon is a rip off,and most juice is old and discolored, if you want good prices, good products, and friendly customer service check out Snack Attack in Wilkes-Barre they won't rip you off.

Rude staff. Years ago, they claimed my Florida ID was fake (it's not) and wouldn't sell to me. Offered to show them my Florida license plate (they didn't care). Asked for other proof of identification... wouldn't take my USAA card, credit card, AAA card, Costco, nothing. Asked me for a Voter's Registration after 5 minutes, which they accepted as proof of ID (it's not proof in PA, fun fact). Then when I asked them to use my loyalty account, they blamed ME for not telling them I already had a loyalty account with them, as that "would have saved us a lot of time".Who runs this place? Honestly, you should be ashamed of yourself. Hire better caliber people with more than two brain cells.Haven't gone there since this incident. Left a horrible taste in my mouth, and I still drive further out to a different vape shop when I'm in the area.

I stopped in out of curiosity, not knowing much about vaping. I was greated by David. He was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in educating me about the products. Not only was he helpful in the vape products but everything in the store. I am definitely going back!!
