Wife tried picking up her medication since her doctor had accidently called it into cvs instead of our normal pharmacy.Tried to use her goodrx coupon to bring the medication down to a affordable price and got told by the rude pharmacist that she can't use the goodrx coupon and you need to pay full price for it. Left my wife in tears because the pharmacist didn't think she needed her medication anyway. Rude staff, long waits, and unprofessional staff keep away.

Instructed to use self checkout. Staff at counter. I was uncertain if the items I had were to correct ones on sale. Snippy worker said the self checkout could show me that. I said can it remove the item if it's not the right one or would I have to call you anyway? She shut up. How about this for an answer: I don't want to use your self checkout!!!!

hours keep getting shorter. You are no longer meeting the needs of your customers. I would rather drive further and be able to get medicine when my family needs it. I will be transferring prescriptions elsewhere.

I call about Covid testing... after being on hold I ask if they do Covid testing the lady said yes but I have to do it offline. The last appointment was for 445 pm and it was 5pm so I decided to head on down and scheduled the appointment on my way. The store I was heading to wasn't showing up. So I went through the DT to ask about it and the girl says they don't do testing. I said I just called and she said oh well I think they stop testing after 3pm..... this store needs to get it's story straight.

My 1year old doctor called in her medicine and was told can pick up at 11 and when we went at 12 they said they needed a hr to finish her antibiotic , so at 1pm I go inside to pick up the medicine the guy standing by the pick up said there closed . So why they tell me that at 12 now I wasted gass and time when I should have went to arigh adi at least they have enough brains to always have an employee on the floor .

If you need to speak to someone at the pharmacy good luck because not one person will answer the phone..EVER!!!Thats just ignorant and very poor management..

Forced to change to CVS because of my health insurance, most of them are polite minus the drive thru staff and the one tech at the counter. They ignore the speaker in the 2nd lane all the time and act like you don't exist if they have a car present at the window.. absolutely no manors at all

My wife was on hold over 15 minutes then dialed and got them to answer on the doctors line with another 7 minutes waiting.she used to phones dialed At the pharmacy all 4 people are just hanging out and carrying conversations with only one person actually filling scripts. This is the same thing every time you need to call there.

I was on hold for 15 minutes and still no answer . Every time you call CVS Wyoming they do not answer or you stay on hold forever . This is all the time even before Covid . I actually had to use 2 cellphone just so I can get ahold of the pharmacy . This is unacceptable and should be addressed.
