Everything what it needs to be. Julie, Shareeka the others always polite knowledgeable professional. Lobby open 24 hours is nice since most if not all other post offices in the area are not. 1 problem, a homeless man is sleeping there overnight more and more. Eating there and charging his cell phone overnight. Sleeping on piles/stacks of cardboard mailboxes. I hear from post office staff that others have noticed it too. One staff employee told me that he locked himself in at least 1 night. I don't go in when he's there. Already had one nightmare experience with a homeless person. (Sorry, but sometimes there's no polite way to say it, and I don't sugarcoat!). I hope this post office won't have to be locked overnight and on Sundays.

I totally agree with Dee M and Barbara S that this Post Office is a hidden gem. I am almost afraid to post this review because I don't want it to get too crowded. All the clerks that work there are professional, attentive and friendly. Two that stand out are Julie and Sharika. They take the time to help out when you have a problem and are patient with people. In this day and age it is difficult to find good customer service anywhere, let alone the USPS but you will find it here.

The Wynnewood post office is one of the best that I've seen around the Delaware Valley. I have a post office box here and they have been very nice to me at the times that my box wound up being overflowing. And they don't have to be because it's my bad that I sometimes do this. If you walk in to mail a package at the counter or to get stamps the clerk is always friendly and professional. And if one of the guys or girls in the back happens to notice that the line has gotten too long out front, they drop what they're doing and open up another register. Everyone knows that doesn't always happen at other offices, regretfully. The post office is conveniently located In a corner of the shopping center and there are four or five parking spots in back of it with the door only being about 20 feet away. Wynnewood PO is a Win-Win.

There really are good people around even with the craziness of the holidays. I couldn't find parking at the post office and a lady walking by knocked on my car window and said she was going to mail her xmas cards and if I wanted which was so nice since there was no parking. Then my daughter and I went off to DSW. After that I went to wells fargo to deposit a check and realized...I'm embarrassed to say that when I gave my cards to the lady to mail my check was with it. So went to post office to ask if they found a check could they mail it to me. The 2 ladies at the post office were awesome and took 2 bins of mail and emptied them on the counter. I thought everyone in line was going to kill me but it was kinda like an episode from "I Love Lucy". Within 5 minutes they actually found my check. Kudos to 2 wonderful women that were so understanding and helpful. And thanks to the people in line for all laughing rather than screaming at me. Wish I knew the 2 ladies names but if anyone goes in there tell them how wonderful they are. I'm leaving on a flight tomorrow and will thank them again when I get back. Thanks Barbara Gabriel

I love this Post Office. So far they have been very nice and accommodating. No complaints here.
