Wonderful place to live! We rented here a 3bd for a year and were very happy. The building is close to the train station, 3 supermarkets in walking distance, Wynnewood shopping center and Narberth downtown. The staff are amazing! Always nice and helpful, and any issues are fixed very fast. One of the neighbors asked for a bench next to the school bus pick up point, and they set that up within a few days.

I spent a very happy fourteen years at the Thomas Wynne before relocating out of state. The apartment was quiet, convenient to everything, and the staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend this building.

My experience at Thomas Wynne was very favorable. Management (Kathryn Wilcox and Staff) were always accommodating and very prompt to my needs. People were very friendly. My eight years there were very enjoyable.

I move every couple years for work, and the Thomas Wynne is by far my favorite apartment complex I've stayed in. There is a lot you can nit pick! It's extremely walkable to the train station and the grocery store, but you can get closer to both. There are more than enough laundry machines and driers, but they are communal.
What sets this building apart are the structure itself and the people. The building is old, which has its downsides, but it is extremely quiet. Every wall is made of solid cinder block. I found the residents to be friendly and quiet.
Most importantly, it is privately owned and well run. Some of the maintenance people have worked there for decades, which speaks volumes about the management. They're honest, helpful, and trying to keep good residents happy.

Thomas Wynne Apartments are one of the best on the Main Line because of the owner, manager, and staff who make the community experience supportive & friendly with excellent, caring and timely service plus fun communiry events. Can't beat the location and walking paths!

Great all around. We especially enjoy the walking areas around the building and the Maybrook Apartments. Also through Narberth. The train station at Wynnewood makes life ease. Also, the nearby stories like Giant and Whole Foods.

Thomas Wynne is lovely, friendly community. The apartments are spacious and updated. The office staff is professional and personable. Response to service requests (missing bulb) are responded to within 24 hours. There is a large common green space with is pleasant for reading quietly in the shade.

I have lived here for over ten years . This is the best place to live . Everything is close by . You can walk to Narberth and you have everything you need . Everyone that works here is fabulous and so helpful.

The office & maintence are incredibly warm and helpful. The location is perfect. We are part of a small town and a five minute walk to a train going to center city. Gorgeous parklike grounds. Apartments are spacious and bright.

We stayed here transitioning between homes and loved it. The apartments are quiet (we hardly heard the toddlers next to us), spacious and well maintained. However, the best thing about the Thomas Wynne apartments are the people. The maintenance, support staff, and Kathryn, the leasing manager, were all fantastic.

It is a great place to live, very friendly and safe and has an old world charm. It is very conveniently located. Kathryn and the staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make you comfortable and accomodate any needs. Though we lived here for a short period we will have wonderful memories. We have been very happy with our move to the Thomas Wynne after selling a home where we lived for 35 years. Our "Penthouse" apartment (misnamed as it is one of several on the top and 4th floors of both A and B buildings) is very spacious and bright, with large closets. I love our separate dining room, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms plus the additional room that serves as my art studio. I was glad to bring my favorite furniture and possessions with us, and so didn't suffer all the agonies of severe downsizing that I had anticipated in our move from a house. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I've lived in a lot of apartments in various states. This is one of the best Apts I've lived in. The staff are courteous and responsive and everyone is very friendly. The building itself is very well-maintained.
