I went to this Target to purchase a few products and used the self-checkout line. The experience was frustrating due to the lack of organization at the checkout area. The staff, who were supposed to direct the line, did not provide any guidance, leading to confusion among customers about where the line began. This confusion resulted in a conflict between customers over perceived line-cutting. I was very displeased with how the Target staff handled, or rather, failed to handle, the situation.

3rd. time coming here and not have anyone to unlock stuff for me to buy. Loss in revenue from frustrated customers like myself probably much more than losses due to theft.
I give up.

I understand the need to lock certain inventory with a button to ask staff for assistance. But doing it for socks and underwear is an overkill in my opinion. It would still be ok, if anyone actually showed up when the button was activated.. stood there for 15 min, activated the button 3 times and no response. Lost revenue, unhappy/lost customer. What was supposed to be a quick stop to get some socks for my husband ended up to be a complete waste of time.

This target is small but I found what I needed so I was fine and they have Starbucks in it so that was an extra bonus for me. Also for my Starbucks lovers if you want a Starbucks cup go in the back wear they sell cups at and you will find some for cheaper. This will be my go to when I need a few items and a Starbucks fix.

It's good enough, they have what I need 90% of the time and the customer service has improved over the last year. I think the managers are women here and everybody seems nice & polite.

Ms. Nadera, the young lady with very long breids, was very nice, very helpful and very professional. She made my in and out of Target an enjoyable experience. She is a keeper.

Store is very small, limited supply of just about everything, employees aren't helpful especially in the ladies' clothing section.
