Worst experience ever! I bring my daughter to do make an alteration of a pant and one for a pant for me. His owner was very rough and said 10 days to 2 weeks which we agreed. When I asked if is possible to have mine earlier, he responded so rudely that they don't have time for this type of work. My daughter felt scared with his attitude and we leave the place, she don't deserve this type of experience! Do not recommend! I've never had to leave such a bad review!

Never go here for standard work. The prices are outrageously high. Like 4-5 times what it should cost. Always make sure he gives you an accurate up front price if you go here. In my opinion Rob price gouges and takes advantage of people.

Notice anything off about this beautiful sweater? It looks perfect doesn't it? Well you'd be right if you said yes but you'd be surprised to know that this sweater suffered significant fire damage! I'm talking about at least 10% surface burnt and completely incinerated. As you can see in the photos, the sweater is completely whole thanks to the extremely talented team at SewRob who repaired it to it's original state! They did so in a perfectly reasonable time and for a totally fair price as well. If you ever suffer serious and grave clothing damage that you think might totally irreversible, fear not, talk to the people at SewRob and they may be able to sort your knit back to new! What an amazing business!

I’ve never left a negative review before!
Rob didn’t follow his own policy- to contact customer if work will be more than 20% of the estimate. We had to pay or he wouldn’t give us the dress which had to be worn in a wedding 24 hours later. The cost was exorbitant!
I have no doubt Rob’s work is good & likely worth the money but it’s clear he or his team underestimated what needed to be done with this dress & decided to ignore his own policy.
I have all the detail documented and shared it with Rob requesting a partial refund. He never replied. Pathetic service recovery.
I had to cut strings off the bottom of the dress while we dressed for the wedding!

make sure you ask for pricing up front before anyone touches your piece. invoices are nearly impossibly to read and be prepared to pay inflated mainline prices. the work is done well if you want to commit though

SOOOO OVERPRICED AND REPAIR LOOKED CHEAP. Man at front desk was not friendly, spent more on repair than buying a new item. I would look elsewhere.

Rob worked on my wedding dress and did a fantastic job with the details, despite it being a difficult layered gown. I was happy to go to someone that I could really trust with my dress, he always made the experience a great one. He also was able to get it done quickly for our wedding that was coming up soon.
