The couple that owns and run this jewelry store in Wynnewood have always been extremely friendly and helpful, particularly in repair matters. I've had my watchbands repaired/replaced here multiple times and am always impressed with the attention they provide. Natasha in particular is very good, she always makes the extra effort to fix something while you are actually there instead of making you come back. My family has purchased multiple pieces at their store and my son got a medical bracelet after the cheap one I'd ordered online from somewhere else had broken. Service is excellent, and they sell good quality materials and jewelry. They will also do appraisals for insurance purposes. I look forward to patronizing their shop in the future.

Wonderful family owned jewelry store! The owners are really kind and extremely knowledgeable. They did beautiful custom work for me that I enjoy everyday.

The main concern we had was the lack of communication regarding the progress of our jewelry. They experienced difficulties in the repair process and did not effectively communicate with us. Other than that, they did quality work for a fair price.

When I brought my watch for a change of battery, the digital of the watch was working fine. They claimed that they fixed the issue and I paid for the service. But when I got home, found out that the digital part was no longer working properly. So I took the watch back and asked them to at least reverse it back to its original state. No one contacted me since then for more than a week. So I called the store, and was told that they could not do it and wanted to charge me more. I tried to explain how it is unreasonable to me that not only they made my watch worse but they asked for more payment. The lady on the phone just would not listen and kept interrupting me. Never going back to that store again. Worst experience ever!

Very rude customer service. not trustworthy!!We have a very bad experience there. They are very unprofessional and not good at repairing watch. They treat us very bad but only care about money.

I had an amazing experience today!I stopped in to ask about a repair and the woman could’ve simply taken my jewelry and said she was going to repair it when all it really needed was a tiny adjustment. She explained to me exactly what happened and how to fix it myself . She also suggested other ideas to reinvent my earrings and make them look more beautiful than ever. Her honesty and all the information she gave me will definitely make me go back there in a heartbeat. Can’t wait to buy a piece of jewelry from them! I would highly recommend them!

Great jewelry store! The jewelry is gorgeous. And even better, the owners took very good care of me, and my Michele watch. This is now my favorite local jewelry store. There is no one better.

I sent my sport watch for replacing the battery. They told me they need keep it for research on how to replace them.\nAfter I got it back from them and found the watch actually did not work. So I sent it back immediately to them again for check. And they kept it again for a few days and now told us need to pay more for the checking and repair.\nWe pissed about it and required them change back our watch as it looked like before. They denied. We do not want their unprofessional service, no trust-worth, no integrity. And the lady talked with me in the phone is very rude and aggressive.\nThey charged me $10 for changing the battery during which they broken our watch. They want to charge me more for the repair. That is how they did their business.
