“My experience with ARCpoint Labs was seamless. I was a few minutes late, because I had a little trouble finding the office. Upon arrival, I was seen within a few minutes of signing in, & my appointment took less than 10 minutes from start to finish.”
“Quick easy check in. Quick visit with the PA. She listened to my problem and was respectful. She did a chaperoned exam since it was a private concern. Was able to fill the antibiotic prescription right then and there. Was in and out within 35 min. Very pleased with my visit. Would definitely recommend.”

“I have used this testing site multiple times for specialty labs and kits. They have been always topnotch for anything I have asked them to do. Today had multiple specialty kits I had ordered and needed a lab that would not only draw my labs, but send out the kits so that I didn't have to run around to multiple locations. The center is spotless and the employees were very professional. I would use them again anytime I need specialty labs drawn.”

“Scheduling online was easy. Great communication through email and texts for appointment reminders. Checked in from my car and only waited 2 minutes. Check in to check out took 20 minutes. Staff was nice and efficient. Do your part by bringing your paperwork and showing up early and this will be a wonderful experience.”
“I thank God for the doctors at this office! They really care about you and really want you to start a family and to be happy. They really make your dreams come true and will fight hard to do it. “I’ve had what feels like an absurd amount of blood work done over the last three years and this morning’s experience was my best yet. Steve is now my favorite phlebotomist and I’ll be sure to ask for him whenever I need to go again! I had three vials drawn and barely felt a thing. The transition between vials was smooth, he found my hard to find veins on his first try, and there was zero bruising after (I almost always bruise). He also had excellent bedside manner and that put me at ease.”

“I never write reviews but the two women working Thursday morning late July were extremely professional and on top of everything despite being busy all morning. I always have issues with phlebotomists finding my veins and there was no issue. Quick and painless.”
“It is always tidy, the service is prompt, and your phlebotomists are the BEST at getting a vein in my not-ideal arms the first time.
(The few times I have gotten faint or dizzy I have been treated so kindly too. Not the case everywhere.)”
“Always seamless in and out experience here - I've come here for pre-employment testing and my routine bloodwork. Usually I make an appointment and have to wait less than 5 minutes to be brought back. I had a large quantity of labs ordered for one visit and they worked hard to minimize needle pokes. This morning I walked in without an appointment right at opening and was seen immediately. Jeff was my phlebotomist and he was AMAZING. He was able to stick me in my AC which no one has been able to do in years because of my veins diving deep. It was over before I knew it. Very satisfied - Jeff deserves a raise!! The other benefit of this location is that if you have a ride waiting for you, there's a place for them to easily pull over in the roundabout during your quick appointment. I've never been there longer than 15 minutes start to finish. Highly recommend!”
“Overall my very first experience ever at this LabCorp location today Saturday June 22 2024 was amazing and the man who did me and my mom's blood test was amazing and I didn't even feel it”
“I usually have a terrible time getting blood work done as I get nauseous to the point of almost fainting, but at this LabCorp, I had a great experience due to the staff who did the blood work. She was super attentive and was great at distracting me that this is the first time I have walked in and out quickly and without feeling ill. I would definitely go again whenever I need blood work done!”

“I've used them several times in the last 10 years, in the Glen Cove area. Good staff. Wait times have been fine. Last time was pre-covid, prob mid 2019, so not sure if things have changed at all.”
“The office was clean and conveniently located near my home. I had an easy time signing in and I didn't have to wait - my appointment was on time. Navigating the website is easy as well.”
“My physician ordered last minute blood work. I was skeptical and a bit frantic because I couldn't make an online appointment. So I risked going there as it was the closest location to my place of employment. And I'm so glad that I did. My physician put the order in electronically. Check in was a breeze using my photo ID. There was no wait to be seen. The facility was clean and in good repair, which was pleasing to me since I come from a Health care background. The young lady Melissa was kind, gentle, and very professional. The blood draw was quick painless, and there was no mark on my arm afterwards. This will forever be my go to Labcorp location, even though it's no where near my home. Thank you so much Melissa and Ken.

“I’m confused by the bad reviews. Had a 930 appointment. Was in the door at 932 and out by 944. Beatrice was kind and gentle and explained everything. Perfectly pleasant experience!”

The woman at the facility was very professional and answered all our questions. Got the court approved results in the mail quickly and the woman at the facility even hooked us up with online results. “I just had blood drawn by Miss Charly and I cannot even find the words to express how grateful I am to have met her today! I went there straight from my Drs office and walked in without an appointment. I signed in on the kiosk and Charly was checking in other people at the front desk and she was so pleasant and welcoming to all. She was cracking me up too. I read the reviews before I walked in the office, and I admit I was nervous about going there, but I am so glad I did. I was in, and would have been out in less than 10 minutes, but I broke down crying (I'm 35 weeks pregnant and scared to death) and Charly just hugged me and helped me through it. Thank you Charly for the free therapy session (LoL) and for being a wonderful human being, you REALLY made a difference in my life and I will never forget that. God put me in that office today for a reason (other than blood work ?) and I'm beyond thankful for that! Don't believe the negative reviews, give this LabCorp a chance and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.”
