Been living out here since 1994, the Lankenau Hospital and Bryn Mawr Hospital are well known for their care so why would this urgent care be any different. if you have MyChart and are already seeing Main Line Doctors.. it goes faster. treated me great and after Covid, a whole range of issues mild. discreet, take their time, and are communicative. .

My appt was at 4:30pm. I was 20min late because rhe address on the form was not correct so I had to google it myself. It is 5:57pm and I'm still here waiting. I just need to get my vaccination done for new employment. I don't even know why it is taking this long?! This place is horrible. I should have went to another location. The employee sitting in the front don't even apologized for the wait. She is chitchatting to another employee while I have been standing at the podium waiting to talk to her. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I believe that MLGI is top notch and highly professional. All the providers are up to date with medical research and are very compassionate in their care. A++!

Was told that I have to wait until the end of July for an appointment to get an MRI referral for excruciating back pain after a skiing accident.

Going to Urgent Care for whatever reason is never fun however, this place is decent. There is a lot of room in the waiting area however, wait times can be hit-or-miss. Some times when I've gone without an appointment, I saw a doctor pretty quick and other times...been a long wait. Another hit-or-miss is how pleasant the staff may be.

I had to go for a follow up COVID test to verify a positive test. What a horrible experience with this facility. It took almost 4 hours to get into an examination room. Prior to this I was told to stay outside in my car on a cold rainy afternoon. The receptionist/admin was rude and nasty; even the nurse was complaining about having to work....maybe they need to rethink being in a care giver job??? The Doc was OK, but the recommendations he made were reversed by my Doctor's office wh en I spoke with them for follow up. Mainline Health should be embarrassed by this facility....deserved 0 stars in

What is the "urgent" in urgent care when you have to wait for 1 hour and 40 minutes to get in the nurse's room and another 30' to see the doctor ? They claim they are short staffed. Why? Main Line health is one of the largest healthcare systems in the country. Why are they not able to keep their clinics staffed ? Avoid this place!

The nurse Jennifer Gill and reception staff at this clinic are extremely rude, unprofessional and have complete disregard and lack of care and compassion for patients. They are not helpful, harsh in speech, do not provide accurate information, and are overall just too self absorbed to be working in healthcare, clearly in the wrong profession. I would not trust them to manage any aspect of my health. After experiencing trauma and sustaining injuries, it’s been an absolute nightmare to schedule an appointment with my PCP. Would advise anyone considering seeing the NP here to go somewhere where the staff actually care about patients’ health and well being.

I urgently needed an appointment so I was willing to deal with traffic to get to the location - which is through a bunch of winding suburban paths in an area with poor reception, BTW. It was supposed to be a routine check-in but then some health issues that I have started resurfacing and I really wanted to talk to a professional about it. No dice. Gave myself ample extra time but there was an accident on the highway and the ETA just kept creeping up: a 30 minute drive took me 60+ minutes. I called 20 minutes before the appointment start time (right as soon as I noticed the extreme delay) and left a message with a live human that I was going to be late and they said it was all gravy. I understand that *I* was late and *I* was throwing off the provider's day and I take *full accountability* for that and was willing to wait however long it took, but it's really unacceptable that they didn't call me to tell me that I'd need to reschedule. I wish that I had had the guts to say something at the time - to stand up for myself and ask why they wouldn't bother taking 2 minutes to call me so I could turn around (after I CALLED to say I was going to be late) - but I just felt totally exhausted, scared, and defeated and couldn't manage anything. Instead I just agreed to a reschedule and then sat in the parking lot to calm down before driving another hour home. But I will not even attempt to go back. Traffic aside, the interaction with the receptionist was extremely unpleasant, with very little empathy, and they clearly don't care enough about their patients to give them a heads' up so they can turn around instead of sitting for an hour in traffic. That seems like a no-brainer. But I guess that's how they do business.

The wait times and location/access to this building are frustrating to say the least, it is hard to believe that it is part of the Main Line Health Care System. I would never return to this location again. I sat waiting for over an hour, people who came in after me were seen first? The staff spends a lot of time talking to each other or just walking around. There are far better more professional providers in the area

I'm here in the waiting room now on the second floor to get a PPD read. So far I've been waiting 30 mins. The secretary asked a nurse could she read my arm real quick. The nurse reply" Oh Shante Gonna Have To Wait!" Right in from of me. Very Unprofessional and Unpleasant. So now I sit here just a waiting not sure and not informed on how long. I'm upset about how rude she was. If this wasn't for a job I would NEVER come here again!

I was having back issues & made an appointment. I had to take a day off of work which is a headache in itself. I hadn’t received a reminder so I called on my way to the appointment. They did not have me on the schedule . The girl on the phone was nice enough but had an accusatory tone as she was taking my number to give to the office manager.Manger calls 20 minutes later to tell me the same thing the girl had told me ( you are not on the schedule) .I understand things happen but this was total incompetence . Someone in their office dropped the ball . If I didn’t show up for an appointment I would be charged .Office staff says a lot about the practice needless to say I changed doctors.

This is not the 1st time I've been to this office, but it is the first time I've encountered such blatant rudeness from a member of the staff. In the confusion surrounding my son's injury, I accidentally gave him the wrong card for payment. I realized it when I went to get gas. I went back to the office and told the woman at the desk why I came in. I said my son used the wrong card to pay for his services. Her response? She leaned back in her chair, crossed her arms and said "and what would you like me to do about it?" I said I'd like her to back that transaction out and rerun it on the right card. She gave me a bunch of b******* reasons why the transaction was still going to go through, she'd have to get a manager, blah blah blah. Bottom line is that she didn't give a rat's a** and wasn't going to go out of her way to help out. Unfortunately, the card used was for an account I use for "pocket money" and it typically has very little in it. So now I'll be hit with two $37 overdraft fees on top of the charges. We gave her the wrong card and that's our fault, but her refusal to help by reversing the charge on top of her shitty, rude, arrogant attitude is why I'm so angry. I rarely encounter such a bitchy person and that she's working in a place where people come when they're sick or injured and could benefit from being treated with some respect and compassion is incomprehensible. Btw, I worked in payment systems for 10 yrs and the excuses she gave for refusing to do it are 100% b******** She has no idea what she's talking about and what she said was completely wrong. Had she taken the time to reverse the charge, the charge and the reversal would cancel each other out on the same day. There would be no hit to my account. Given she has no experience in that industry, she should probably not lie to patients about how those transactions work. She should focus on learning how to do her own job because she clearly has a great deal to learn about how to conduct oneself professionally. It's too bad she's so awful because the rest of the staff is really great. I should have just driven up to Vybe where we usually go, but this is 5 min from our home and given the nature of the injury, I used this urgent care. I will NEVER do that again. It's not worth it to be treated like s*** because you made a mistake. Yes, I'm that angry about it. And to answer her question, she can take her attitude and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. I hope for her sake she's never in an urgent care situation and gets treated the way she treated me. But you know, karma...
