I say Wow, to the way my baby girl was treated after her multiply surgeries in the recovery room was an A+ .Even after being their 12/19/23 6am to 7pm, they treated me and my family to the up most respect and professionalism.. Thank you.P.S. Thank you to the doctors removing the cancer and the reconstruction team ❤️?Now for when she was finally taken to her room D pavilion. I, the mother, was not able to stay. Only explanation I received was they are very stricted on people staying..( been up since 4am) even though she was put in a room by herself with a pull out coach in it..?? Had to take a chance to drive back to Deleware.(1hr)eta.The manager nurse on duty had no sympathy for me, but God made a way for me to be safe .....I will be leaving another review on behalf of my daughter stay on this unit...

I love the experience when I had my my first child they made sure I got rest they even made sure they sent nurses to check on me very compassionate and generous to me they even offered to watch my daughter while I catch some sleep also they came and made sure I got some lessons on properly breast feeding when I left they even made sure I had some belongings for the baby the nurses was so kind you don’t understand the comforted I felt! they definitely take the women who is giving birth very seriously I have yet to experience a bad experience yet on to my second child and I wouldn’t want to go no other place beside here I would rate this hospital a 10/10! Very organized and sense of urgency when it came to support and care for my child great job! I don’t know about any other different treatments but impregnated women and women who give birth here is in great hands! They are kind! Keep up the good work

I like this hospital very efficient at Emergency Medical Services. I brought my Family Member in and the Security Guard, Triage, Emergency Room Nurses Kayla, Jess, and Latoya performed as an all star trio Nursing Team. I’m a Nurse and real recognizes real! They got her vital signs, blood work, EKG, put in orders, gave her blankets, elevated her head of the bed to prevent aspiration, talked to her professionally, and so much more. Kayla my Family Member Nurse was patient at answering my questions and extremely respectful. When I needed something to be expedited she informed the doctor. I appreciate this community Hospital and Nursing Staff. X-ray Jerrell was professional compassionate and accommodating towards my Family Member condition. Laura the girl with pink Nursing Shirt on and brown hair who is pretty with a beautiful smile was patient and compassionate. My Family Member medical emergency was prioritized and triaged effectively. Laura Nurse with the Pink shirt has strong assessment skills!!!! I recommend this hospital. Please appreciate the medical staff and recognize the staff members for the excellent care they provided!!!

Worst hospital ever, came to the emergency room with my sister who was experiencing extreme back pain, migraines, etc, we were there for 5 hrs, and they sent her home without a prescription for the pain and a doctor’s note she did not ask for! My sister asked what to do if the pain came back, and the female nurse told her to just come back if she experiences it again. If you plan on coming to Lankenau please think again, they do not care.

My mom and dad love Lankenau Hospital and all of the staff there that have attended to them during their multiple stays there. The care team is so lovely and empathetic; we have been treated with nothing but kindness.

my brother in law was admitted to lankenau in the beginning of sept i waited patiently to find out what was wrong so they said he had delirium but he just wasn't right then they said oh he has menningitis they treated him for that then they said he had sepsis and then he had an infection all these things happened while in the hospital and as of today he is back in lankenau from an acute rehabilitation center and now they say his kidneys are failing he has another infection and the ICU INTERN told my sister that her husband is the sickest man on the floor and he is at death door WHO DOES THAT this guy should go back to school he missed some very important lessons. We will never advise anyone to go to your facility not suitable for a rat let alone a human. my family is horrified at the treatment he has received but besides all of this we have encounter va few good nurses.

The worst hospital experience ever. The nurses don’t treat patient with the proper care. They don’t check on patient at night just for simple things like using the rest room or seeing if the patient comfortably resting. Family or friends can not sit in the room with there love one without being told to leave for know reason. I’m here for my wife we don’t usually do hospitals but made exceptions for Lincoln Hospital but ended up regretting this whole experience. I will never recommend anyone to be admitted here.

I delivered my baby at Lankenau and had the most incredible experience. Nearly every nurse, doctor, anesthesiologist, or hospital staff member was kind, helpful and made our experience so special. I felt like the nurses and doctors were extremely knowledgeable and everyone was supportive.Because of my excellent care, I'm giving a review of 5 stars. But I will say that there were some residents whose bedside manner and care were not so great. As a patient, however, you have the right to decline care from residents and you should use that right as you see fit.I also felt as though one or two postpartum nurses were too forceful when it came to breastfeeding, which is such a delicate and emotional process coming out of delivery. A little more sensitivity in that process would be welcomed.Otherwise, it was a phenomenal experience. If given a choice, I highly recommend selecting Lankenau for Labor and Delivery, and all pre and postpartum care.

As wife of patient, I feel like I'm living in an episode of house. Very unprofessional. To many unexpected things happening. No explanations. Makes me wonder do they really know what they are doing. A 3 to 10 day stay . And it's now over 4 weeks. Very upset

Every time I call to make an appointment, there's someone giving me some sort of attitude! Like I don't even know you, can't you do your job in a mature way? If circumstances weren't the way they were, I most certainly would NOT ever be going to this hospital. As expected, most doctors will be busy, but the way the women at the front desk always have something demeaning to say within what is less than a 5 minute conversation will always be outrageous. If you don't want to be there, find a different job!

The nurses are fantastic! I'm not good with names, but I'll never forget, Candy in the ER, Stephanie upon admission, 283 and Melissa continued care, 283. Kyle, a nurse extern, was great too! We're lucky to have such a wonderful facility so close, God bless them all!

I came to the ER via a walk-in at 1230pm on a Tuesday due to a seizure the previous night. I checked in, gave them my ID and insurance info and a brief description of why I was there. I signed releases and consents. They took my BP, 02 level and temp. And then I sat...and sat...and sat. I think sitting 3.5 hours in the waiting room of an emergency room is excessive. Maybe they need to hire more help or manage the help they do have better, I don't know. But it was ridiculous. And apparently, Lankenau is known for this, which I found out after I left when I told a friend what happened. I'll never go there again. I don't even want to know how long people must wait on say, a Saturday night at 8pm. It'll be Bryn Mawr or Riddle if I have another need to visit an ER.

Miraculous doesn't give justice for the quality of care. Dr. Goldman and the nurses in the Heart Pavilion are the most caring professional medical staff I have ever seen. If you want the chance that everyone says impossible you have to come here. The BEST OF THE BEST
