I dont like to leave negative feedback but for future customers considering getting their hair done here. I got the worst hair coloring/highlights! The older man did my hair, and it looked the same or worse than before.

Although the physical location is a bit rundown and outdated (e.g. chipped paint, loose ceiling tiles), this shop offers solid services at a reasonable price. Steve and Colleen were very welcoming and caring. Insider tips: if get your hair colored, make sure you request a conditioning treatment to offset any dryness, and make use of the free parking out back instead of the meters out front of the store.

I truly hate to leave 1 star reviews, but I have to here. I'm new to DelCo and saw a Groupon with decent reviews. I'm not too picky, really, with my hair. I am trying to grow out a short pixie and asked for something that looked neat and kept length in the front with natural looking highlights. Instead Steve cut all the length and gave me an uneven bowl cut. With the worst, unnatural, skunk stripe of a light blond highlight right in the middle of my head. The rest of the highlights are not good either. Think Kelly Clarkson mid-aughts. He offered to put some toner on but honestly I was afraid to let him put more chemicals on my hair and make it harder to fix. Maybe if the cut was ok I could overlook it being the opposite of what I asked for. But it's the worst haircut I have ever had.
