“Quite a few people in there. The most I've ever seen. I've probably gone once in the last three-five months. Anyway, the service was efficient and customer friendly. The elder gentleman who waited on me had a huge smile. He welcomed me and wished me a good night. It's was fun and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Not to say the service hasn't been good before. I've not had any negative exchange. I will continue to go there, as long as the store reps keep up the great work!??????”
“Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Easy, quick, and quality service. We found an old vhs tape of my late grandmother who had recently passed away-I was searching for ways to convert it and stumbled on Zim’s. I gave it to Mike Tuesday night and it was ready by the next day. I received a USB drive, my old tape, and instructions on how to use the flash drive. Mike really thought of everything to make this the smoothest experience for his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back when I find more tapes”

“Today, was the best experience that I’ve had in a long time, and it was with Wilton at T-Mobile in East Norriton, PA. Wilton is not only very educated but an Amazing Salesperson. He listens to what you want and explains the difference between Apple and Android services. This location is very caring for your needs, and I would suggest going out of your way to see them even if its out of the way.

I made the mistake of going to the store on 17th and Chestnut first and they didn't help me so I came back here and once again they were helpful. Honestly, this is THE BEST T-Mobile store in the city! Tynesha (sorry if i got the spelling wrong) hands down is the best employee ever! Broke down plans and cost for me, was so patient with letting me transfer everything over and gave me the best deal with the best plan. Going forward I will always pick this location. Also for my Starbucks lovers if you want a Starbucks cup go in the back wear they sell cups at and you will find some for cheaper. This will be my go to when I need a few items and a Starbucks fix.”
