“Two words come to mind when I think of the folks at Ludlow Auto - kind and efficient. A few months ago, I came in to get a broken mirror looked at. I wasn’t able to return to get it fixed right away, but when I called to reschedule months later, the staff remembered me and was able to get me in the next day. Each time I’ve been in the shop everyone has been personable and knowledgeable, helping me to understand the issues and carefully walking me step by step through the work they’re doing. “I replaced the ecu in one of my vehicles, and needed the anti theft module reprogrammed to work with it.
I called a dozen shops, no one was willing to do it. Locksmiths, local auto repair shops... no one even wanted to try. My only option was to have the car towed to the dealership and have them do their full reprogram on the ecu and module for over 1k. I gave Google another try after the dealership quote and found B&M. They said they could take care of it.
They were at my door in 15 minutes and got the module reprogrammed for a fraction of what the dealership wanted.
I haven't had as good an experience with a company since the nineties.

“My dad was a mechanic so he always fixed up my car, but since moving to a different state, I needed to find a reliable and honest shop to work on my car. I’m so glad I discovered Monte’s! Hands down they do excellent work and provide fantastic customer service! For context, my boyfriend and I took our cars to Monte’s for inspection. The inspection was affordable and Monte’s provided paperwork and quotes for the necessary repairs to pass. Some of the work I could do myself, so I asked if I could pick the cars back up, do the work and come back for the inspection. Mechanic shops typically have a bad rep, so I was expecting them to be standoffish and unkind about doing my own repairs, but they were so friendly, understanding and just cool with it. It was a nice breath of fresh air, especially being someone who gets really anxious about these types of things. It’s also uncomfortable going from my father doing all the work on the car to then trusting strangers. But Monte’s really provided a comfortable experience. I fixed up the cars, scheduled the re-inspection and brought them back to Monte’s. Inspection passed and back on the road in no time. Some weeks later, the tire on my boyfriend’s car got messed up and we took the car back to Monte’s since we had such a great experience. Then, a month or so later my car wouldn’t start. I knew I could rely on Monte’s to get the job done, so I dropped the car off, they thoroughly checked it out, and fixed it right up. Needless to say, you can rely on Monte’s for you car needs and they’ll take care of it.”
“I initially came here for brake service and had my rear calipers, brake pads and rotors replaced. Everything was going well for about a month and a half and then heard the same squeaking sound that initially brought me on. They took a look at it and it turned out to be equipment failure. They were able to fit me in and perform the service (replacement of both rear brake pads) free of charge. Very thankful for the effieciency and the work done on my car as it was a source of stress that was dealt with professionally! Would definitely and come back and use KAR Automotive services for future car issues.Service: Brakes”

He took time to explain all the work he was doing and communicated throughout the process about timing and pricing. “I brought my car into Caliber Collision on Glenside Avenue after it was hit while parked. My front bumper was dented and the trim above my tire was dented also. I was recommended there by someone who had used them and said they did great work. The experience was very smooth. From calling for an appointment to bringing my car in, to picking it up when it was repaired, it couldn't have been better.
I was sent text messages to let me know how it was coming along the entire time.
When i picked the car up, it had been cleaned inside and out. It looked better than when i brought it in. The customer service was outstanding! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone i know!”
