Terrible service...on vacation needed a script and they forced me to have a virtual appointment just so they could bill me. Since Penn took over service has plummeted.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with a quick turnaround. Nicole was super thorough, and Candice was one of the nicest nurses I've ever encountered!

Kafkaesque, bureaucratic nightmare. I attempted to contact Dr. Peterson, who moved here after Greenhouse Internists closed, for an urgent Paxlovid prescription for a COVID infection with worsening symptoms. I was told by the front office that because I hadn’t seen him at the new practice since he moved last year, I would not be able to speak with him or receive care. The person on the phone said I would have to call back and press the number “1” option to make a regular appointment (which doubtless would be weeks out). I am three days into a terrible case of COVID and need Paxlovid within the first five days. I did everything I was supposed to do when Greenhouse closed to transfer my medical records. The fact that this office would deny me care for an emergent situation (worsening COVID symptoms) due to a weird technicality is beyond frustrating. Just know that this office values their bureaucratic processes over their patients and that you can be denied access to your doctor, in an urgent situation, for not having ticked an arbitrarily-created box.

This was my first visit with Dr. Curtis Nolt. The office is fresh and clean. The front desk Receptionist was friendly and full of smiles! Destiny was my nurse. She was very informative and Dr Nolt was patient and took his time with me. I would recommend giving this office another try since the change over.

If your looking for a doctor and or an office that does not care about your health this is the place to go. My doctor recently left this office and I had an emergency room visit with a scare of a blood clot in my leg. I followed up with the office twice as advised by the doctor in the ER. First I was told that there was no hospital visit for over 30 days and the rep promised to call me back to get me in sooner. I followed up the following week, because I never got a call, and the next rep stated she would do the same. Again no follow up. The third time I was given an appointment for today at 9:30. When I arrived at 9:15 I was told the doctor would not see me because my appointment was at 9:00. I explained I was told it was 9:30 however the doctor said he would not see me and for me to reschedule. So three weeks later I still have not had follow up and had to leave to go to the ER again because my leg and foot is still swollen and the lack of professionalism of this doctor. I filed a grievance against the doctor and this office with both my insurance blue cross and the hospital that Dr. Curtis Lee Nolt works for at Chestnut Hill. What is the purpose of taking an oath to help if you are turning patients away that are truly in need of help. Please think twice before visiting this office. They do not care about their patients health at all.

Can no longer reach anyone in this office only 3d party call centers. You go in endless circles. 3 of my interests have left in 2 years.Get out if Penn system- absolute disaster and I’m a grad from penn…should be positive about this place and Penn Med, get out!Been walking around on a broken foot for for days, verified by X-rays at Penn Radnor. Still no boot and no ortho Dr follow up. Inexcusable. 4 hours on phone today zero progress!

Ever since covid started this place is the worst. Just for a regular well visit check up it's 3 months outs and if you walk in there no one is ever waiting.Let alone I was prescribed the wrong meds and giving the wrong diagnosis before as well. From what was just poison oak they told me it was a fungal infection gave me medication for that.

I was charged a sick visit appointment at my yearly physical for discussing conditions they have been giving prescribing me medication for years. Then they did not put in for my yearly scripts renewal. Not sure what has happened here - as I've been a patient for years. You would think if they are charging for sick visits for your on-going issues they would at least get the scripts taken care of.

When Greenhouse Internists closed their doors, my doctor moved his practice here. I am very pleased with the care I receive and the facilities.
