I generally try to avoid this place because the clientele doesn't believe in NOT double parking. But I only needed a cigar cutter so I went. I immediately regretted my decision when I walked in because apparently the central air was off! However I was pleasantly surprised to see the two brothers behind the counter. Despite the temperature the one assisting me was quite knowledgeable ( he knew the cigar brands ) and helpful. I'm glad they're hiring from the community but, I'll still avoid frequenting the entire Plaza when I can.

They don’t have a lot of brands I usually get which was not a big deal because they still had some others I’ve used. Over all great place and very helpful staff

“Don’t carry no pods no more”Not good for vapes. Maybe if u need blunts or something. Even tho they sell the devices you won’t be able to get your pods hereThank you for the reply. I wasn’t told anything more than that sentence. Having a wonderful day, thank you.I just was not informed until now that the business was getting anything in.The quote is exactly what I was told , I’m happy to change my review! I just thought it was bizzare for a business to tell me this without any more info so I wrote based off what I was told.(I could only share based on what I got )But honestly seeing the owner take presence shocked me. I’ve lived near this shop for over a year and hardly go no more based on these short not much info interactions. Ik a smoke shop isn’t expected to have wonderful customer service so I find it very comforting that you took your time out of your day to reply.I would go to my normal smoke shop where they offer to order products in from their wholesales due to them being out. (Really creates a connection) .No one is expecting that, but was annoyed because it didn’t give me a reason to come back!.I appreciate knowing that more products are coming in just in case if I wanted to walk over.Idk if I will just cuz I don’t wanna waste my time but I am willing to edit my entire review. I really appreciate the reply. That’s what I would think a good business does , thank you.
