pharmacy understaffed i get it, but don't open appointment times if it takes you over an hour to fulfill them, so annoying, go elsewhere

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I moved around this pharmacy and decided to switch because of the drive thru and having 2 young children \\u0026 foot surgery. When ever you pull up to the drive through expect to wait 10 minutes per car in front of you and another 5 mins BEFORE even being acknowledged. They take care of the counter customers first even if they walk up long after you are at the window. And don’t even think about calling…they look at the phone and watch it ring.

I love this Walgreens and the staff there. However, one of the pharmacist is awful, rude, and unprofessional. My insurance approved my son's medication but the male pharmacist with an accent refused to prepare it. I had to call until it was his day off. The other male pharmacist had it ready that same day. WTH??I moved all my family's prescriptions to CVS.

THEY NEED A O INSTEAD OF 1STAR!i WAS LITERALLY ON HOLD FOR JUST UNDER 3 HOURS WITH 3CALLERS AHEAD OF ME WHILE I WAS OUT YESTERDAY, AT THE MOMENT I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 1HR42MIN WITH 1 CALLER AHEAD OF ME.JUST TRYING TO MAKE SURE THAT THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM WAS WRONG WHEN THEY CALLED AND SAID THAT MY SCRIPT WILL BE READY TOMORROW IN NEWARK DELAWARE!! THEY EVEN HUNG UP ON MY DOCTORS SECRETARY TWICE WHEN SHE CALLED TODAY. I WILL ABSOLUTELY CHANGE PHARMACIES ASAP!!

I came to get a replacement vaccination card because my wallet was stolen with my original card in it. I spoke to the pharmacist who was very rude and dismissive. He said that he looked in the system with my phone number and said that he couldn't see any record of my vaccination which was a lie. I informed him that I was vaccinated in SC and he actually suggested that I go back to the original location where I was vaccinated or to have them give him a call. He should have called that location on my behalf to verify that information for me. I stead I had to go back and forth with the two pharmacy to try to relay I formation which was very inconvenient. He had no customer service or respect for the severity of my situation as I needed my vaccination card for my new job. If I had t pressed the situation then I would've been inconvenienced even more all because a person didn't want to do their job. It's sick how disgusting people like that pharmacist can be allowed to treat people so poorly. The pharmacist at the SC location listened to my concern over the phone, informed me that the pharmacist had access to the same information that she did and then apologized for the poor service that I was receiving. This location needs to do better!

I wish I could give them zero stars. This is a pathetic establishment. Their pharmacy is an embarrassment. They are remarkably slow, and they have no idea how to communicate with their patrons. I'd advice that you go ANYWHERE else to get a prescription filled. The store is also completely filthy and disorganized. The first time I went, they went old me it would take a full day to fill my prescription, even though they assured me it would be an hour. I was patient and polite and came back the next day. At which point they told me they never filled it and that they'd do it "in a half hour if I stayed and waited" but if I had wanted to come back they "might" be able to do it in "an hour or two". I'd be amazed if it's filled when I go back. Complete incompetence

Absolute worst Walgreens. Besides not being stocked and customer service being below par, the pharmacy in ridiculously slow. After waiting 15 minutes to pick up my prescription, the line had barely moved. I left and transferred my meds to a different Walgreens
