Just walked out of this location and Ryan was a big and awesome help! my nana’s phone is an android and I’m a Apple user usually I can navigate thru apps and help thru her issues but this one stumped me. Thanks a lot to Ryan for taking the time out to look thru her device and save the day ?

Went here to return equipment that was delivered to me erroneously. Before I even got to the door a man runs out and tells me they don’t take equipment returns. I say fine which store does and he mumbles something after asking him two additional times for a store address he gives me something in an area I am unfamiliar with. When I ask where is that he smiles and shakes his head as if he doesn’t know. Want to know why he doesn’t know? According to their website it’s not the address of a Verizon store. Such bad customer service and awful business practice.

My dad and brother came here after getting turned away from the Willow Grove store because the lazy employees there lied and told them whatever they could to get them out of the store. Travon at this Cheltenham store helped them out and told them the truth. We appreciate the good service and honesty.

The store manager Travon was very helpful he answered all our questions. He stayed 2 hours past closing to get everything taken care of for us and did not make us feel rushed or hurried. The transferring from one phone to a new upgrade was a very pleasant experience.

I went to this retail store to have my turned on. Julia was very patient with me. There were some activation issues but Julia worked with me, called Verizon and followed through until my phone was functioning properly. So nice to have great service.
