DO NOT RENT HERE! Wyncote Towers is completely infested with cockroaches! The apartment I moved into, sold to me by Andre Walker, was completely inhabitable. There were dozens of baby and larger cockroaches coming out of the walls. I had even said I will refrain from giving them a bad review for a month as they said they will return my money, thus making it right. After 30+ Days (like it says in the lease) with no check back from them, and no response for the last week when inquiring about it, I have decided I will likely have to pursue legal action in order to see that money returned to me. I cannot stress how much I regret signing a lease with Wyncote Towers. If you're reading this, please save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

When I toured back in May I was shown around by Michelle Montalvo, a leasing manager, and I could not have been more happy with the experience! She took it upon herself to give a tour even when she was very busy and it was greatly appreciated! In addition, the apartments are all very pretty and spacious as well as affordably priced. I am beyond excited to move in!

I’ve been looking for an apartment and came across the “Tower” and I fell in love with this community. Of all my searches this place has everything anyone could want. From the big beautiful apartments to the pool and everything in between. I highly recommend this community

I just moved into my new home!!! Thanks to Michelle Montalvo everything went smooth on move in day. She was VERY patient and answered EVERY single question(& I had a lot of them) in a timely manner. She took the time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable. I am glad God picked her to be my resident service specialist!!!
