Bill and his guys were AWESOME, and we’d recommend them to anyone we know. Once you reach out, Bill is in constant contact and provides his cell number in case of questions. He saw the house twice before we moved and provided suggestions, input and even ways to make the move more affordable for our budget. We had to get our stuff out the night before settlement, and Bill adjusted the schedule to arrive earlier so we could show him around before we headed to work. The next day, we got to see Bill and his crew in action as we rushed to clean a bit before they brought the furniture in. They are efficient and friendly, and we cannot thank them enough!!!! Definitely hire these guys!

The worst company ever. Customer service is horrible. They say they will help or call you back and never do. They were suppose to pick up a pod that was scheduled to be picked up on 08/26/21. Nobody ever came. Called and spoke with several people each time all day long. All I got was we tried to reach a manager and we sent an email. Well here it is almost 24 hours later and no truck has been by to pick the unit up and no one from the company has called or even sent an email to me. This is a very poor and unprofessional way to run a business. This company is a awful. Do not use this company. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. We reserved a container one month ago , and they cancelled on us the night before it was supposed to be delivered. I will never use them again.

Bill Rose and his crew moved us out of our home last week. The Pack Rats were super easy to schedule with & provided a fair estimate. The crew was on time, efficient in their work, and most importantly took care of our items & the home. They took all extra precautions to make sure nothing was scratched/damaged in the moving process which meant a lot to us. We couldn't have asked for a smoother move & will look forward to dealing with them again in the future. -Drew Loughery
