This store has a large selection of up to date sneakers. Drove here to pick up a pair of sneakers for a size they only had. But i was also browsing around for a while and was never approached by any staff if i needed any help and the store was not busy at all. Slection great. Staff could be better.

Customer service is one of the worst I experience everytime I visit this location. Employees don’t acknowledge you and have to ask for help. The young ladies who I guess are the manager and working the cashier are clueless on sneaker information and releases.

The service was excellent. Shoe selection was just average, nothing that was out of the ordinary.

Customer service was not good, couldn’t find anyone to help and when I did, they were rude, dismissive and appeared to be ignoring me. I was in there on Friday, April 26th, 2024 at about 3:45pm.. instead of getting the staff name, I just left and tried an alternate location.

Walked in from the store from Willow Grove and asked the Mgr. where I can pick up my son's ? sneakers, she wasn't very friendly and the clerk was superslow, nevertheless, I won't be going back to that store again! If they don't have the product in stock, I'll have them order it and shipped to them!

I called this store to have them check on a shoe for me. I was talking to a very nice guy. Out of nowhere this ignorant woman takes the phone from him and says " we are busy in the store and he needs ti help the customers in the store" and puts me on hold. Well idiot I would have been a customer in the store as well if I was able to find out if you had my size.... But your right I took my pocket full of money to Finish Line and gave them my business. Snipes needs to train their leadership better so they understand customers are just not standing in the damn store!

They are alll closed before 8!! Like why ?? The time says it closes at 9 so I’m just confused.. traveled to two locations in wyncote area and they were closed
