I contacted them about a car they had for sale on marketplace. They went above and beyond to make sure it was safe for my daughter to drive. They are friendly and very honest. I highly recommend this business.

I was referred to this shop for rusty rocker panels for State inspection purposes. Wayne was very kind , helpful and professional. After I dropped off my car to his shop he offered me a ride back home, and when my car was done he came back to pick me up at my home to go get my car at his shop. He kept me informed with the repair process . He went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate that very much. I believe his price was fair. From now on, Downtown Auto center, Inc. will be the place I go for my car needs and you should too, you won’t regret it. Support small businesses. Thanks Wayne .

Very impressed with Wayne’s workmanship ,work- ethic and fairness.PS I don’t know but, if it be the case; :it is more than sad if someone would have so much hate in them that they would use political differences in an attempt to defame a persons business character.

I never used this business but I have had several encounters with the owner Wayne, and he definitely is the most ignorant business people on the planet! I would never trust his abilities as well as a fair job for a fair price. I was his neighborr and he wasn’t constantly vandalizing my car because we didn’t see eye to eye! All these guys do is drink all day long and I think work would get in the way! Today he sideswiped my car after I moved away but had to go to the doctor down the street…..

My daughter's car broke down a mile from their shop on her way to Mansfield. Wayne and his crew helped get her car to their facility (without the expense of towing). The problem turned out to be something very simple and inexpensive, but they could have taken advantage of a woman who has little knowledge of auto repairs. The repair cost less than popcorn and a movie ticket in today's theaters. Thankfully there are still honest, hard working, knowledgeable businesses like this! If this garage was local to where I live, I would never take my vehicles anywhere else.
