If you live in an apartment complex with a cluster mailbox, you’re better off sending your order to a family member’s address and picking it up from them because they put packages in the wrong mailbox 85% of the time. Judging by the other reviews for this location, it’s a recurring issue that has been brought to the attention of the mail carriers, yet they still don’t do the courtesy of double checking before delivering the mail. And if you have to call in about an issue, be prepared to be told multiple times that you’ll get a call back only to hear nothing from them each and every time (I’ve been told this four times now, I just went back in my call log and counted).Update: This is definitely an issue the post office has been made aware of yet makes no effort to change. The same day I posted this, I received mail in my box for the wrong address.

Terrible post office and delivery drivers. First of all it absolutely amazes me that the federal government would have our post office be in Wrightsville, when we live 2 minutes from the craley post office. What a waste of resources. Second, the delivery drivers here as mentioned before are absolutely lazy. I cannot begin to tell the stories we have had with our driver. Lies, missing packages and the icing on the cake, saying there is no access to the delivery location, when our driveway is the cleanest it’s ever been. In reality they were too lazy to check the truck and walk the package to the door, so they blamed it on us. Good job USPS? really keeping the American people happy and satisfied with your service.

This review is strictly for the delivery workers, not the sweet young lady that works at the counter. Drivers are extremely lazy as everyone else said. Our driveway could easily be considered an inconvenience to any delivery driver looking for an excuse to not deliver a package, which they do on multiple occasions. It’s always nice to see that your package is out for delivery, and a couple hours later, it’s scanned back into the post office. Especially when it’s something you’re counting on, like a part for your car to get it running again! Ridiculous.

Counter person seems to be the Postmaster, but is condescending and can't communicate in English. Consider crossing the river to the Columbia PO if you need to actually speak to someone!

I have been mailing packages to family over seas for years and have moved many times so I have used a lot of different post offices. You would not believe the hassle some of them put me through or how many times I walked out with my package to drive to the next town to try a different post office (including Red Loin, Craely and Lancaster city). I have never had a single issue with overseas mailing and beyond that all of my interactions have been polite if not friendly. Through shortages and and hard times they kept the mail going.

I have NEVER had an issue with this post office, or our regular carrier. Our mail carrier is always considerate of our packages, and is very friendly! I think that too many people are quick to complain when things don't go exactly how THEY think that they should, or how they want them to ONE TIME, and don't consider every other day that they receive their mail without issue. We have changed address without issue, used start/stop service, and even ordered stamps through the mail. NEVER an issue!

This post office is pathetic I’ve lived in this town for 23 years and I’ve never had a good experience this most rec nt I ordered a small package there hours of operation at 8-430 which happens to be the same hours I work at 7 this morning I was told package was out for delivery using the tracking app, at 330 it updates me telling my package was available for pick up...... why was my package not delivered

certain people in back of counter, just are too lazy to do there job. i hate going in there. missy is the only good worker. if i could, i would never go in there again.
