I originally gave them 5 stars. I had a good buying experience and everyone was kind and eager. However, in the three weeks I've owned the car, it's been in the shop twice broken down with wiring issues costing 400 dollars a piece, not including the tows. The issue is not something I would have known about by looking at the car. Mechanic says its an obvious problem for those working on it, however, which should have been in the info for the car. I was hoping they would work with us to make things right, but that has not happened, they will not do anything to work with me to amend any issues. I was excited to purchase from a place with young guys working there and selling, but now I feel like I've been taken advantage of and not valued as a customer. Perhaps my experience is an outlier, in which case you would think they'd help me out, but it doesn't seem so. I'm hoping no one else has to go through what I am, as it has put me in a horrible financial situation. Again, I wanted to have good things to say, but it has turned for the worst and they simply will not do anything about it.

Bought a used car from here and within 5 days started having problems. Took it to a garage, and the mechanic said its "absolute junk" and I should sell it asap, issues with the engine and wiring. Buying experience was good, but can't trust them now. I'm so disspointed, this car needed to last a while and now stuck with more costs, wasnt prepared for! help pls

UPDATE: A few days after I bought my car I noticed it was jumping when accelerating in speed. A few days after that it started randomly shutting off while parked and idoling. One of the tail lights were cracked and aspiration got through it which short circuted one of my headlights and parking lights. All of this within a few days of buying the car. Androw informed me when I was looking at this car that all of their vehicles have all work needed done to them before being sold again. He also told me this car was well taken care of and well maintained. I was completely ripped off, I am very angry and will never get a car at this nightmare dealership ever again. Just bought this car not long ago and can't afford to buy a new one. Do not recommend Car LogicAndrow was very helpful and showed me many options. He was very specific about each car. He is very patient and personable. This dealership has many cars to check out and reasonable prices.

My car buying experience at car logic very pleasant!!! Shawn was very easy to work with. There was no pressure and he was very easy to work with and knowledgeable about their inventory. Shawn was even kind enough to pick me up at my house so that I would not need to find a ride to pick up my car!!! Now that’s SERVICE!!!They have a great collection of affordable cars and are all reasonably priced!!! I would recommend Car Logic to anyone looking for well maintained used vehicles!!!
