“In late June, my car started acting funny and eventually wouldn't go into gear. No warning light came on until the evening it just wouldn't go into gear. I had already scheduled an appointment elsewhere and called my auto insurance provider to have the vehicle towed to that shop. Mark, the owner of Challenger Towing arrived and saw the car wouldn't go into gear. He was fine towing it to the other shop, but said it as most likely the transmission. He mentioned that many newer cars have CVT transmissions and they don't provide as much warning compared to older cars. He took the car to his shop and verified it was the transmission. I'd once said that I'd never pay for a new transmission, but we had just paid the car off two months prior. I had no desire to take on another car payment so quickly. I got the extended warranty on the transmission. I know also know about CVT transmissions and didn't before. When it's time for a new car, I plan to ask if it has a CVT transmission because they tend to only last for 100,000 miles according to my online research. Our Rogue was just under 89,000 miles when the transmission went out. You can trust Challenger Towing - good people, great service.”
“Had a rust spot on my hood, sap stain on my driver's door and the window pillars on the sides were badly faded. They repaired the rust and repainted the hood to match perfectly! “Very professional, great work and communication.My car had extensive damage , the work done looks amazing !!The insurance company gave them a hard time from the minute it arrived , they kept me informed and notified me of the subpar practices they tried to push them to do . Spent weeks on the phone battling them to get it done right . “Honest, Fair, will tell you what you actually need and not add on a bunch of stuff that you don't need. They send their customers Christmas cards with coupons and reminders but not overbearingly with the reminders. Only place I will take my car to unless and until I any of that changes.”

“I had a problem with my car/key fob in the middle of the day while running errands to get ready to leave for a flight that night. I called, someone came to the shopping center I was in, and got the car started for me. I followed them back to the shop to make sure the problem was fixed for good. The same nice gentleman drove me home while they worked on my car. Not even 2 hours later, I got a call it was ready to pick up. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and I was so pleasantly suprised with the cost. As a young women, I’ve had a lot of car places try and rip me off because they think I don’t know what I’m talking about. But they explained the cost plainly and it was so much less than I expected for such good, timely service. I can’t recommend this place enough. “I need to write this review with honesty. I hit my Tesla Model Y while backing up in the passenger side rear side. It needed dent and paint work. I got the quote from several Tesla approved Collision centers and the quote was PRICEy. Most of them wanted to change the tailgate and the truck door where the actual dent was there. I showed the car to Mike team and they called me after 2 weeks for service. Believe it or not, the quote was much cheaper and they said attempt to fix the dent without replacing it. Mike took exactly a week time to fix the car. They are very much expert in fixing dent and technically sound. Now the car looks like new and no one can recognize the where the dent was. I highly highly recommend if you have any problem in Tesla. They not only expert in body work but also in tire rotation and other services. If you want to fix your car with much cheaper price, my recommendation goes to CARSTAR, Feasterville-Trevose.”

“as a professional auto repair establishment we've dealt with everyone at wrightstown used auto parts store for many years and have always had the best service that anyone could ask for. they have gone way beyond what i expect to help us out. this family run business deserves 10 plus stars. please if you read these reviews and make a decision based on what you read disregard the unfavorable review left by hummingbird007. obviously he has not dealt with these folks before. to expect the only person there to leave the business counter and phones unattended to walk out in a field to pick interior trim pieces off a vehicle in the rain is way beyond any normal persons reasonable expectation. for him there are plenty of u-pull-it part yards. joe derkits”
