My meds were ready 2 weeks earlier and they never notified me. Getting the tech to give me any info was like extracting the truth from a republican. Will NEVER go back. So unfriendly and bordering hostile.

This review is for CVS pharmacy management. There was no salt on the drive thru. I haven’t faced this issue to any other plaza. My car slipped on the drive thru!

The only thing this Durham Rd CVS has going for it is that Bridge St CVS is sooo much worse. I used the drive through and asked the tall young obnoxious Pharmacist to grab me a jar of vitamins off the shelf (had my child in the car on a cold evening in a rush to get scripts and cranberry vitamins home to a sick family member… some of you may know why that’s important). He refused to help and when I asked why he wouldn’t grab them 10-ft away, he said they don’t when they are too busy. After driving away from the window and seeing only 2 cars in the lot, I went inside to find 4 or more CVS employees in the store, none looking too busy and no waiting customers. I made sure to bring the vitamins to his counter where he pretended not to recognize me. I don’t know how CVS stays in business with the poor trend in industry service, and I long for the 1970’s when a real pharmacist would bend over backwards to do anything to help his/her regulars. Nowadays they don’t even know what a regular is. Sad, CVS you should be ashamed.

Bad customer service In pharmacy department

As with other reviews, the pharmacy here is rude and disrespectful. I dragged both my kids inside with me, the window was open, it was exactly 1:30 but they wouldn’t get my Rx for me bc it was lunch. It would have taken all of one minute to help me and no one else was waiting. You’d think with all these reviews about the bad service at the pharmacy someone would care and try to make this better but this store seems to be happy with unhappy customers.

Red headed Pharmacist is rude and crude. No customer service skills at all. Never willing to help or assist in anyway. She needs to be fired!

I should preface that this review only applies to the Pharmacy and NOT the cashiers/store clerks. I work at a providers office and I had a horrible experience with one of the pharmacists. I called in a patient's prescription (which I've had no trouble filling before) and a week later the patient called me to let me know that it had not been filled. So, I called to check if the prescription was ever received and I was met with an aggressive and defensive pharmacist who refused to fill the prescription because it wasn't an "e-script". She said "who doesn't use e-scripts these days? We only accept e-scripts" (which is a total lie) and proceeded questioned the legitimacy of the practice I work for which is completely inappropriate. Today, I was notified again that the script had not been filled, so I needed to call it to another pharmacy. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done about this pharmacist- I'm not the only one who has had issues clearly and she lacks good judgement.

Her name is Hellen, she works in the pharmacy, and she is a fu%king nightmare. What a horrible experience to have to deal with someone this rude while you’re sick.

Just so you know, when Aetna bought CVS, they made it so their insurance is the only insurance that can be used in their pharmacy. And no one tells you until you get there to pick up your meds, hence delaying your script. Cool

Cannot dissuade you enough from not using this pharmacy. The worst customer service I have ever experienced time after time.

Consistently incompetent pharmacy experience at this location. Never accurately filled prescriptions, disorganized and inconvenient vaccination process, and horrible customer service. Pulling my prescription and never shopping at CVS again.

The CVS Pharmacist in Wrightstown was very helpful and nice. My Doctor wanted me to use a special soap prior to a surgery and printed it for me. Unfortunately, I couldn’t read it. (lol) The Pharmacist took me to the item and helped me decide what size I needed. I probably would still be wandering around the store if she hadn’t been able to read the note!

CVS is engaging in absolutely outrageous price-gouging. That’s been true for years in my experience, but now their prices are truly eye-watering. They sent me a 30% off coupon in the mail which I attempted to use today for standard toiletries for about two months, but it was too early! to use it. So I left the items there, went home, and looked on Amazon for the exact same items(anti-perspirant, body wash, toothpaste and mouthwash). The same brands in larger sizes or volumes (like a two-pack of deodorant) came to about 25% less than the items at CVS would have been with their 30% “discount,” with free two-day shipping! And I love to hate on Amazon too at times, but their prices are much, much better. A pox on CVS. Never again unless it’s an emergency.Oh yeah. Their pharmacists are most (not all) of their pharmacy techs are just plain mean and rude. It’s not my fault that you got a PharmD but count pills and deal with insurance companies for a living. Choices! The store manager today was very nice, though … And their cashiers are helpful and pleasant when I use them and not the self-checkout.

Prescription filled incorrectly with pharmacy staff apparently overriding the incorrect fill with a wildly different impactful drug. I'm now the 3rd person in our house to have issues with the CVS Wrightstown pharmacy staff. I had remained loyal but others have switched to Acme in Newtown for 90day prescriptions and now I will do the same. Is it me, or did Covid kill CVS Corporate Culture and leave unreliable pharmacy stores nationwide? Mistakes do happen, but CVS clearly has protocols that were casually disregarded at this pharmacy. Pharmacists and their assistants that hit the over-ride button should be fired. It's unfortunately equivalent to a malicious disregard for health safety.
