I took my car here for an inspection and quite a bit of work needed to be done to it. These guys not only did an AMAZING job on my car, but the customer service was top notch. We took our Nissan to the dealership and they tried to rip us off every way they could. Made an appointment with West Shore Auto Services and the guys went above and beyond our expectations. I've been recommended this place many times over the years. Wish I would have entrusted my vehicles to them earlier. Good service, fair and clear pricing, and have not had any problems with repairs they performed. You may have to wait a bit longer to get your car scheduled, but the value delivered is worth it in my opinion.

Friendly staff... straight honest conversation regarding your vehicle, if you get it serviced there or not. Truly appreciated and what made me bring my vehicle back. They work with your schedule to try and make it convenient for service... with a quick turnaround.

The owner is nice and always willing to try and get you in as soon as possible. Reasonably priced, quick and efficient. I never feel like I am being pushed to buy any other services. There have been multiple times we need car inspections and we were able to get next day appointments. Overall experience has been great and I always recommend this business if any asks for a good place for automotive services.
