The worst experience. Avoid this Site

Idk about the buyers, but the warehouse is pretty chill. People are nice (for the most part). The only downside is no earbuds, and you can’t operate the forklift if you have a medical card. Other than that, I think the pay you get for the work you’re doing is not bad at all.

FOR ALL THE MISERABLE PEOPLE, THIS PLACE IS GREAT FOR EMPLOYMENT!!!! I worked for them in such a short time, packed my desk and left this hell hole! This review does NOT include Jaime, Cody, Sophia or Ashley. They were the only ones who would greet and talk to me. Everyone else was rude and disrespectful. In the afternoon, I would sit there and try not to fall asleep!! The location is in the middle of nowhere. Management (if you want to call them that) looked for work for me to do!?!?! THE WORSE PLACE TO WORK IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!

Pretty much the worst experience I've had with a company that I can recall. Ordered some solvents the company needed on a Tuesday morning. Friday afternoon, still no updates, says 'pending'. I call to figure out what's going on, and they claim that 'they were closed for the past three days' (mind you with no notification of this anywhere, on the site or in email), and acted real snippy towards me, like I'm in the wrong for trying to figure out what's going on with my order. They claim it will ship out Monday. Monday comes around, and still nothing. I called them near the end of the business day, and they claimed it'd be shipping the next day. I'm already getting a bit upset with these excuses - had I known this was coming I would have just used Mouser/Digikey - but let it go one more day. Waited all day Tuesday, and still no tracking number. So I called, and they gave me one (still not referenced on the order). The number was created that day, and I'd very much so guess it's quite likely the person I was speaking to did it as we spoke to 'cover their arse' (more evidence of this later). Thursday comes around (the day it is claimed it will be delivered on the tracking number), and it still says "pending shipment; shipping label created". That means it has not been shipped, just that they printed a label. I called in and used a different phone tree branch, and this woman on the line was very friendly about things (for a change). She confirmed that they were not, in fact, closed the days prior (I was lied to about that), and that it does seem to look like that tracking number has gone nowhere and was very likely printed just to quickly cover their arse. She said they'd look into it, and let me know what's going on Friday, I got a call back, and she mentioned that it should arrive that day. Well, lo and behold it did -- on a different tracking number entirely. That nearly guarantees that other number was just a quick 'excuse' number to claim they did something. Why they put me through this whole run-around, I don't know, but good lord. I guess thinking ordering from a place in PA (being in NY) would get it here faster than ordering from mid-country, was a big mistake -- at least if it's these guys. Just be prepared not to get your order for a few weeks if you order from them, and know that they're more than fine with lying about order status and happenings. I would have loved to have a chemical/solvent company closer by, but it's just not worth the extra hassle in not knowing when my order will show up, to the tune of potential weeks, and having to chase them down for it.

They sent me damaged goods and after waiting weeks to have it exchanged, having me jump though hoops finding out if I am able to ship the product and so on, they told me that it was my fault for it being damaged because I didn't keep the box. They said they couldn't help me because of their policies. Poorly ran companies have poorly run policies. I found a better company that has better prices and better policies don't waste your time with these people. It's only a matter of time before Amazon takes them out with their poor customer service.

Very Disappointed and will not do any business with Techni-Tool again. I ordered three pair of tweezers from their website. On the site the total charge is not complete when ordering - shipping is left open to be charged later (unlike every all other vendors I've used which shows the shipping/handling charge). Only the total dollars for the items ordered is provided. I proceeded with the order thinking Techni-Tool would charge a reasonable amount for shipping. My order was broken into two shipments because one of the items was "out of stock". I was shocked to discover Techni-Tool charged my credit card $10.20 for each shipment or a total of $20.40 for shipping the 3 tweezers. (Each tweezer weighs under one ounce.) When I inquired about the exorbitant shipping charges by e-mail, Techni Tool did not respond other than send a copy of the invoice. This probably has been the MOST disappointing experience I've ever had with a buying anything on the internet.

Techni-Tool is a great place to order electronics lab supplies from. Their catalog is always being updated with the latest products. They have everything you need to setup an entire lab. Benches, tools, test equipment, safety products - you name it, they have it. Also, their prices are some of the lowest. For instance, I needed some GPIB cables, and they beat everyone else s price. The customer service is also first rate.
