Dealing with my migraine medication and injectables has been challenging, involving multiple interactions between my neurologist's office, the pharmacy, and my insurance provider, Optum.The ongoing issue was primarily due to Optum RX. “I got my fiancee her engagement ring from Jems Jewels and Gold back in the early winter. I worked with Matthew, and every step of the process was seamless. During our first appointment, he took my fiancées ring size and we found out what she liked. The following appointments he showed me diamonds in my price range and we hammered out the design. In the end, the ring turned out beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely return for our wedding bands, and hopefully some watches in the future.”

“I had a ring re-plated and I am so happy with it. It was scratched, dinged, and the gold plating was almost entirely worn away. Wish I had a before photo to compare, but the after shows just how beautiful it looks now!”
