“Today, was the best experience that I’ve had in a long time, and it was with Wilton at T-Mobile in East Norriton, PA. Wilton is not only very educated but an Amazing Salesperson. He listens to what you want and explains the difference between Apple and Android services. This location is very caring for your needs, and I would suggest going out of your way to see them even if its out of the way.

“I can't say enough good things about Cardinal.
People- I've met and talked with a few of the people there, including Kurt, Claire, and Shane, and they're all exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.
Prices- They aim to beat the prices of popular online competitors and have handily done that for me multiple times. Especially during sale events, which are quite often, the prices are fantastic.
Service- When there was a very minor problem with my new lens that other stores might not even have considered a problem, they took it seriously and immediately ordered me a new one that came in next business day; I was *majorly* impressed with how they handled this and it made me feel valuable and well taken care of which was a 180 from my uncertainty about the problem on my expensive new lens. I can't overstate how much that comfort mattered to me.
Community- They run lots of classes and events. I went to the photo walk at the lavender farm last year and it was well run, a great learning experience, and lots of fun. I also went to the anniversary event this month and again it was great. They really put work in to engage with those of us lucky to live nearby and it shows.
It's a huge win shopping here over big-box online stores; better prices, better experience, supporting local business and keeping our money local, and you can handle the products and walk out with your stuff the same day you buy it!”

“Purchased new TV and wall mounting service in April. Experienced nothing but exceptional service from sales and installation team. As we were not sure about having the wall space necessary for the TV mount, an installation technician visited our home prior to us making any purchase and verified sizing/wall placement. Very satisfied with the entire process, as well as the skill and expertise of the staff. Highly recommend EDs and will return for future needs.”

The store manager explained it to them on the phone to resolve it then helped us with next steps.The people that work here are wonderful. They’re helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Natalie was nice and helpful as well as the manager who has so much patience and kindness.”

All of the target workers were AMAZING, they were helping us look for the wallet, looking at security cameras, etc. They went above and beyond; one of the best targets I have ever been at. “I'd rather go to the dentist then get a new phone because of how hard it is to set up, and yet Jacob made it so easy!
First, he explained that this process had been greatly enhanced in the three years since I bought my last phone. Who knew?! WOW was he right. (Verizon, that info should be widely shared with all customers...people like me wouldn't hesitate then!)
And I appreciated him offering to put on my screen protector and case. The little things matter. He took his time and answered all my questions.
I chose to wait in a very busy store and the person who checked me in explained I could set up an appt., but I waited. I explained I had a doctor's appt. and had to be out within 45 minutes and when it was my turn, I was.
Today I went back with a couple of questions and was the only customer in the store at 9:00 am.
Roxanne was able to answer my few quick questions, and explained that 611 would have the technical expertise I needed. She was right! (I called Verizon and they had to transfer me to the Samsung helpdesk...and even he had trouble finding the missing microphone. I would like credit for the update that will probably now go out to millions of phones!)
Bottom line. This is a very well managed store run by very competent employees!”

They are the nicest, friendliest and most helpful group of staff members I've ever witnessed in any 7-eleven... And I've been to a lot! They always have conversations with you even if it's just short and sweet, but they never fail to make you feel valued as a customer. And the manager (I believe he is the manager) is such a sweet man who knows how to run a successful business with outstanding employees including himself. Couldn't ask for better customer service. “Good team good items I went in to rent a temporary laptop while my desktop was being repaired and the process was smooth and simple ... not drawn out like back in the day when you had to pull out your moms social and have a arm length list of references. “Idk about the buyers, but the warehouse is pretty chill. People are nice (for the most part). The only downside is no earbuds, and you can’t operate the forklift if you have a medical card. Other than that, I think the pay you get for the work you’re doing is not bad at all.”
