If you go to this location, be prepared to wait a very long time because there’s possibly no one in the entire post office. There’s a bell at the front that says ring for service. After ringing it 12 times, nobody shows up. After you leave and frustration You’ll realize that you gotta drive pretty far to get to the next one. But hey, I’m sure they don’t care.

This post office is convenient but the lady with the Auburn and Black hair with black glasses is so rude. My granddaughter said why she was nice to the white people but mean to us and she is black. That is sad she had to notice that. I will find me another post office.

110pm. Entered to mail a package. Postal employee stated that the man in front of me was yhe last being helped and she was closed for lunch. Lunch per the office hours posted online is 130to2pm. It doesn't take 20 minutes to finish up the guy already being waited on and then mailing my package. It wouldn't have interfered with the lunch break. Also, unclear why there's post office that closes for lunch in the first place. I guess we'll blame short staffing for that. Ridley park was open, no lunch breaks there?

Been coming here for years and have always had the pleasure of the same experience from the lovely lady up front. She’s always been very helpful with everything, opening PO Box, helping save money, etc. Thank you Ms. Lady that I’ve spoken to each and every time I’ve come in but I still don’t know her name

The attendants here are rude. The one female had an attitude ever since I got there and got bothered for asking her a question. We pay for having a decent service not to feel uncomfortable and belittled for sending mail.

Today's business hours are 9am to 12pm. I have been sitting in front of location since 840am and as I type this review, I am still sitting here at 940am at a "closed" location trying to retrieve my mail from a PO Box that I "pay" to use and access during "normal" business hours. This is not good business practices USPS.

The workers never arrive on time. They open at 8am. It's 9:30am no one is here. This has happened so many times. Have to go out my way when this location is the closest to me.

My experience at this post office is always good. It is crowded a lot due to the fact that it is the only Post Office in the city. But overall it is a good place of service.

When I visit the Post Office, the service is usually ok. It is only that because of the Corona Virus, I am not thrilled with the Post Office. WE get our mail at 10:00 pm every night, if it comes at all. We have gone a whole week without receiving any mail or packages. The Postal SErvice says its because they are short on employees and because of Covid 19. Thats why our packages are late and thats why sometimes our first class letters are late. I just received a package today and it is a Sunday around 2pm.

I use this post office on about a once weekly basis and the staff here are friendly and do what they can to help if you have a problem. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because for the longest time there was a sign posted 1:30-2:30pm closed for lunch. I arrived at !:05 one day and it was closed for lunch....Thats the only problem ive ever had at this post office.
