Received a gift card after buying three-piece set and the extended warranty just to find out that the gift card they gave me expired so I couldn't get a rug and then they have to go through three tiers of management for them to tell me that their system can do anything about this...
I would never come back to this place in a million years and on top of that the warranty sucks and you have to spend an extra $250 for them to come out and see your furniture to see if they can actually use your warranty.
But thank you so much for the bottle of water that was very nice
