I feel like the experience neutral, first visit fast perfect transfer for $40, didn't take long, but when my other order was shipped separately, I need to wait to be called to get magazines that are fully paid for and don't require signature just to get home and get a call 45 mins later just to saying come get your items, and again it's a wonderful store, don't employee's shouldn't be showing an attitude to customers that know there package is there and just don't care to check the paperwork, but again got all my items and everything just need to take extra unneeded trips!

Got multiple guns shipped here. Appointment based so I don’t have to sit around and wait when I get there, customer service is great. Prices are good and the guy that helps me every time I go there makes it a smooth process. Overall great experience. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I drove a little ways to only arrive and hear that the guy that sales the guns are only there certain days and times . I would definitely update the business hours online or else it would lose customer due to a lot of confusion!

Purchased my first firearm ever online and had it transferred here. It was a long gun. Easy 15 minute process and would've been faster if there weren't other customers being attended to (they were all taken care of and out of the shop very quickly). Didn't get any suspicious eye, didn't get asked any uncomfortable questions, was a totally comfortable and seamless process despite me buying a huge weapon first time. Had a problem assembling it back home (they're packaged disassembled) and had to take it apart because of a mistake I made. Couldn't reassemble it, texted the shop number and he responded promptly and was nice enough to take it back next day and fix the mistake for very cheap (initially offered free of charge, until they realized I wanted to be a regular amateur expert and remove the trigger guard) despite him not having even sold me the weapon. Frank went out of his way for a $40 first time customer, people remember stuff like that. If I want another weapon, a transfer or help with my weapon again I'll be trying this shop first.
