I've been waiting on hold for about an hour & 15 mins. Even tried the prescriber line. Once the line cut off! The pharmacy was just closed yesterday with no advance notice or warning. When I talked to someone this morning they said nothing could be done unless I paid $300 out of pocket for my meds. Luckily, I was smart enough to check with my doctor... Wrong! So my doc called in what I need, that I have now gone without for 4 days and it's crucial for my health. Can't get them on the phone. Ever! When I do get through I will be transferring all of my scripts to another place. This pharmacy is so terribly it feels unlawful!

Literally the most disrespectful, and rude pharmacy techs ever ( excluding the one middle eastern lady don’t know her name sorry ). They don’t listen , over talk you as if they know your issue before you even say it. They have no care or compassion, the experience with their pharmacy alone makes me never want to use that CVS. I spend way to much money there to get treated poorly. Then I’m calling with a question about my baby , and JUST left the store and there was nobody at the pharmacy yet I was on hold for 20min. Then when I got thru the tech didn’t know what to do and kept getting smart so I asked for the next and the lead Pharmacist got on the phone being very dismissive and passive and then when I asked her why started to try to act like she wasn’t. I definitely recommend communications class or course! I know times are stressful for us all but clearly they are in a field of care and more should be given! I’m absolutely disgusted

Every time I get my prescriptions filled, I always have a problem. I went today and picked up one of my heart medicine. I did not expect them to give me a fifteen day supply when the Doctor's prescription has 30 day supply. They didn't even say anything. What the hell is wrong with these people. Do they think we are stupid and have all the time in the world to stop by to refill prescriptions. I had it, I am changing to another pharmacy. I have a total of 12 prescriptions with this CVS.

This store is horrible! They never have your medicine ready or don't have it in.You are to be on automatic reorder and it is never done. My poor husband has been waiting for his medication for days now and they still don't have it ready for him.We have been here for 35 minutes and they still don't have it straightened out.

I called for a refill on my prescription. They waited for me to show up 3 hours later to pick it up toInform me that the medicine was out of stock. Their people skills are atrocious, when will the GM make changes???

apparently, the pharmacy's automated phone system is never in sync with reality. the pharmacy makes a lot of mistakes and is often not apologetic for it. also, the cashier was hostile and accused me of using something before i returned it (which i didn't do of course). i've never received such an attitude from someone who works for a company that i've given thousands of dollars to. you have been warned- use a different pharmacy.

Made the mistake of going there on Easter for my Covid vaccine...BIG mistake! NOT disabled friendly...in fact no one was helpful or even made eye contact...let alone COMMUNICATE to each other..or patron's who were waiting in a extremely long...slow line! DON"T GO THERE FOR YOUR VACCINE IF YOU DON"T HAVE TO! Clearly using phamacy students to administer shots..who have a LOT to learn about people skills.

Hello and Good Evening to my Yelp Family!! This is my first time venturing into this CVS Location and by far it will not be my last!! I decided to visit this location because I wanted to check out the Cricket (ITs a large one leading up to Chester). So then I kept going on Macdade Boulevard and decided to stop here, because I always like the red peppermint puffs in a container that CVS sells and my mom absolutely adores them!! Thank God, it was like Christmas there and they had a million of them!! I have never seen so many at a CVS location! I bought four of them and I asked the associate, Rosanne, and she pointed them out to me. Rosanne was pleasant and helpful. She actually walked me to the location of the puffs. Then I went to pay and she asked was I signed up for Carepass. I am, but I was not registered in the system. I explained that CVS is taking $5.00 out of my card every month. Rosanne showed me the register and my address and phone number were incorrect. Rosanne corrected them in the system and I explained that originally I had signed up, using my mom's account information, since she is the one who will benefit from the prescriptions, since she is currently obtaining them. Rosanne gave me the CVS Carepass number to call, which I didn't want to call, because I knew it would be an automated service and I would be on the phone all day. I enjoyed my visit today and I will be back. A nice sized parking lot and a nice size inside of the store. It looks like they have everything. Rosanne is definitely an asset to this store location. Not even worthy of 1 star. Wanted to wait for a prescription of 21 pills but was told it's an hour wait. No one else was waiting but just couldn't squeeze me in at lunch time I guess. Do yourself a favor and don't settle for a pharmacy that pushes you off.

I don't like the Pharmacy. They wait until you don't have anymore medicine before they refill it. I had called to refill one of my prescriptions and they said it was too soon. I went and transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy and they gave me a partial until they get the rest in. Don't get your medicine from here. They wait until you have zero before they refill it. This is a horrible pharmacy. I wouldn't recommend to get your medicine here. If anybody would ask me where to get there medicine from I would tell them not to go here at all.
