We are a meat processing facility that offer over 100 years experience in cutting beef, pork, buffalo, lamb and goats. In late fall and winter we focus on wild game processing. We are Pennsylvania’s largest processor of elk which are harvested in PA and process over 100,000 pounds of deer each year.
