Twice my family has had problems at this establishment. The very first time I was getting a broken piece fixed underneath my car that was making a rattling noise. They charged me over $300 and as soon as I pulled out of the dealership, I realized that I still had the same noise. They hadn't even touched my vehicle, but proceeded to tell me that they fixed the issue when I still had the same exact broken piece on my suspension.The second poor experience occurred recently when a relative was given a quote of $300 for a different vehicle. This time not only did the amount change to over $1,000, but they didn't have even the courtesy to call and ask before they performed all the additional work and ordered additional parts that they claimed were needed.I have definitely heard poor opinions from other people, and now I am yet another victim. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but Bill's Garage.

Alternator died and I was stranded, bills garage was so helpful in making sure that we were able to get on our way, highly recommend getting any type of work done on your vehicle!
