People working there just best, so helpful,they remember last names even, like it's in old movies only in little towns.... But it's today and not movie, it's real in our days, that's so amazing.. all so professional and helpful, I don't know any other places like that... My insurance keep forcing me to switch rite aid for CVC and second year I don't do it... Don't know about other rite aids but one in womelsdorf My and my family rite aid is best one in America

First of all the woman behind the counter in the pharmacy was very helpful and friendly to me. And second of all, I was able to save $30 off of my prescription compared to CVS.

Has meds in stock. So 3 stars for that. However never text when ready. Never get meds ready before having to call or drive there to wait. Even if its days later.And just getting meds filled overall is a drawn out ordeal. Especially frustrating trying to explain to someone that your meds are absolutely due to be filled yet they won't even double check their mistake. So, I get a notification later in the day (as I predicted would happen) that the med was in fact ready, "just a prior authorization issue that may delay med" (which shouldn't exist considering the fact that I have taken the med for years with no issues. Switched meds for 1 month, then my doctor switched me back and it was a whole thing- they didn't even fill the NEW med that shouldn't even have NEEDED a prior auth. Not everything HAS to go thru insurance especially when a persons quality of life depends on their DAY TO DAY medication regiment. When someone offers to pay out of pocket to meet the criteria their own doctors have set for them, it's beyond frustrating when the pharmacy is the only person standing in the way of a person's medical care plan.We recently moved here and I had hoped that this Rite aid would be as beneficial as the Rite Aid my family used for YEARS in our old town. But if this continues we may have to switch somewhere else. The extra mile is worth substandard care.

The two women that I've encountered, where very unprofessional, rude and the second time I was there ( day later) that woman was nastyI will not go back there, I will drive the extra miles and go to a different rite aids

I love rite aid. The store that I go to doesn’t have a drive thru pharmacy, but I enjoy going in and having the interaction. They are always so helpful & kind; They greet me by name.

TJ behind the counter tried to tell me there wasn’t a second booster for the covid vaccine out. I went to CVS across the street. He also said they don’t and never have taken walk ins and I would have to make an appointment cause they’re busy. This was a lie. I’ve walked in before for other vaccines. I’m happy to make an appointment cause I’m sure they had other things to do but I don’t exactly trust this store after he told me there is no such thing as a second booster when there is.
