Recently bought a used Chevy Trax and the experience was made all the much better thanks to Crystal. She was so understanding and made the process so quick and easy. This was the first time I had such a nice car buying experience because she treated me as another human not just a potential sale. So grateful for the help I received from Crystal she really is the best!

I was looking for a new car and had no clue what I wanted, so I knew I had to go to Crystal. I’ve bought a car with her before and it was a great experience, this time around it was even better. She brought a car all the way from somerset to windber for me to look at. She had me test drive 4 cars until we found the one I love. She’s definitely the best and I will always go to her when I need a car.

I had a terrifying accident, which unfortunately led to the totaling of my '22 trailblazer. Crystal had sold me my previous vehicle and I knew for sure I wanted another. I contacted her immediately and set an appointment. We browsed the lot and after looking at a couple different ones, I found a '24 Trailblazer that was a perfect fit. Crystal and Brady went to work to get me the best deal. They were so helpful and understanding of my circumstances. They were also so fun during the process. They're simply the best!!

My husband's truck wouldn't pass inspection and was too expensive to repair. Called Jon Kiser in the morning drove away in a used Jeep in the afternoon . Highly recommended Memorial Highway in Windber and of course Jon

I paid Crystal a visit on a whim one day because i was curious on how far i could get, being a young adult and having fresh credit. My mom and i went in and immediately were welcomed by every employee there and saw Crystal with the biggest/warmest smile. My parents have been working with her for years so i knew this was the right place to be. She worked with me for 6 hours to find the perfect car and deal for me. She even went out of her way to call other banks to help me get what i needed in the end. Crystal went with me to test drive my new car, she informed me on everything i needed to know to stay safe on the roads. She encouraged, inspired, and went above and beyond in this whole process. I know i’ll be going to her again and again! She’s so sweet and caring. Even now, months later, she updates me, asks me how everything is, etc! Couldn’t have done any of this without her!

After seeing Chrystal Wagner's Facebook posts about the Trailblazers at Memorial, I decided to just go "take a look". I had purchased an Equinox a little over two years ago from Chrystal which I absolutely loved but was possibly looking for an upgrade. I happily met Chrystal in the lot and told her what I was "thinking" of doing and she led me to exactly what I wanted!! It didn't take long to realize that the Trailblazer was going to be my new vehicle! Chrystal AGAIN worked her magic, and after negotiations, and my giving John a hard time LOL, I left with a great deal and fabulous new Summit White 2024 Trailblazer!!! Chrystal is Top Notch and makes a big purchase fun and stress free!! Thank you, Chrystal!! Thank you also to John and Brady for working with me...you guys are great also! I would recommend Chrystal and Memorial Highway to anyone who is looking for a vehicle!
