I recently purchased a house and Toni had her team lay hardwood floor on my 2nd floor and it was a huge job. They worked long hours and got it done in time before I moved in. And did a wonderful job.Toni is an amazing business woman. She is so kind and professional and goes way out of her way. Also Toni delivered so many carpet samples to my house before I moved until I found the right one. When I say they are amazing that's an understatement. 1000000 ?

Its been over a year and they never came back to finish my floors. The guy installing was to busy talking to me about his wild night in Pittsburg with some crazy old girlfriend to even properly do his job. Everyone in my house has even stepped on nails threw the carpet because they didnt attach it right.

Carpet, sheet vinyl, laminate, tile and more are the choices available here that you should absolutely avoid at ALL costs. Toni is the shifty matron/owner here, and she's ready to totally lie to your face and botch every aspect of a sale. Bait and switch is the order of the day, and unaddressed issues are her specialty. If you enjoy a filthy environment, and waiting on a person who's ALWAYS late, she's your gal. She mistreats her installers and severely underpays them, assigning them all blame for her terrible estimating abilities which you'll totally enjoy once your house is torn up. How do I know so much about this "business" you ask? Simple, I was an installer there for nearly a decade, and finally escaped the mayhem and stress that is Carol's carpet world (of misery). Save your money and yourself and go ANYWHERE else.

Toni was extremely helpful and thorough. Randy (install master) was just as helpful and thorough- he explained everything and had extreme attention to detail. The floor looks amazing. I will definitely be recommending them for any flooring needs.

Toni is always willing to work with people on their time and schedules. She will also take the time to explain everything if you have any questions or concerns. She does an excellent job at helping her customers.
