Burnsworth auto is such a great place. They work with you they allow trade ins and if something happens to your vehicle they are on top of it. Great prices great people. The owner is fair and bob did my title work he was kind and caring and was just so sweet to me and my dad and I’ve returned 3 times because of their performance I’ll be a returning customer

If I could give 0 stars I would. Before I would have said they are great, but not now. I bought a car off them that had the check engine light on. Eventually it started shutting off on me. They had it serveral times trying to fix it but never could. 1 mechanic pretty much said I was crazy bc it’s not shutting off for them. They had it 99% of the time I owned it. Burned through 2 tanks of gas I had pay for. After having it over a month they said they don’t know what’s wrong with it but it’s not shutting off for them come & get it. So I do. Make it 5 mikes down the road and it shut off. I’m the middle of a busy intersection. 4 people helped me push it. I called them & they come tow it for the 2nd time. Thank god when they got there it wouldn’t start for them. So 2 days later me & my dad go back & say we want our money back. Which they do. Cool, thanks. It now the car is BACK ON THE LOT FOR SALE…oh and $2,000 more than what we spent. So watch out don’t buy a grey 2017 Chevy Cruze from them. This is the car in these pictures.

Been going to burnworths for over 30 years. Good prices on used cars. I've got a lot of nice cars there. My son started buying cars from there. He's been very happy also. He just bought a nice 09 Ford escape about a month ago. Car runs great and looks in very good condition. I'll continue to buy cars from them, and my son will too

If you get a car here have a mechanic look at a car because the Subaru i bought had a broken head gasket and cv axle was thorn and my back tire was rotting out it shouldn't of even passed inspection and bod told me if it has any problems i can take it back and get the full amount back then he was only offering the give me half

Bad place to buy a vehicle.bob is always losing things and when things go wrong with the vehicle he doesn’t want to help.Pete is nice.i bought a car from here and 2 months later i had a lot of issues down to the transmission and no one was willing to help.please don’t go here and waste your money and time.

Got a truck here on 8/31/23 2 months and 2000 miles later we have a bunch of problems.. not sure what to do.. turns out it needed an alternator and battery.. now another couple months after the fix the power steering pump and fuel pump needs replaced.. I understand it's a used truck but it hasn't even been 6 months yet..if there so nice they should buy it back i could find something somewhere else that will last a bit longer than 6 months..

I recently bought a car at a great price from Bob. An issue came up 45 days later. With the mileage of the car and the price i paid, this was not unexpected. Bob went above and beyond to make it right. I was very pleased with my experience at Burnworth. I will definitely be a repeat customer
