bartender looked like a real bum and was very slow. didn't wait on patrons because she wanted to get something to eat

Just stopped in for some drinks with my Father-in-law. The entrance is around back if you are not familiar with the building. The people and staff were friendly. The beer was cold and the décor was fitting for the town. It was a good time.

Great people !! The food is the best in Windber !! Definitely worth going to try !!
