“I came in to get 4 tires and not only where they right on schedule and took my car right away but they were done in less than a half hour. Everyone was very nice and I just got the feeling I was in good hands. It’s not like some big chain company where u are just a number with a bunch of young kids scamming you. This place has the old school charm that we have gotten so far away from these days. On top of all of that they were more than fair in price and they made it such a smooth process. I was able to get 4 used tires for the price that other shops were charging triple the price. Great service, kind and knowledgeable staff. I will be purchasing new tires in a few months. The selection was beautiful. I’m not going anywhere else but here from now on when it comes to my tires. My car felt so good on the road again.

“Dan's the man! Always helpful and accomodating to schedule my cars services. Honesty is Steve Shannon's policy and the Stroudsburg center is just that in my opinion.
I purchased a used car that came with 1 year free oil changes the last oil change I was told that the car needed new wiper blades, a change of air filters in the cabin and the engine while these were all done by that dealer 8 mos earlier.. I will not be going back to that dealer .. I scheduled a state inspection at Steve Shannon's and it passed without needing all the replacements that the dealer said it needs.”

“Knox, Nolvia and the crew are the absolute best. When my check engine light came on a few months back, they suggested something to add to the fuel in lieu of replacing the catalytic converter, and it worked saving me hundreds.
I recently got an oil change at one of the "chain garages"...aka, Mavis in Forks. Not only did they get oil all over everything under the hood, and left it that way, but they told me that my rear brakes were "basically metal to metal".
With it being a larger procedure, I immediately called to schedule with Knox to replace my rear brakes. Not only did they get me in right away, but their mechanic called to tell me that my brakes still had 50% life on them, and that everything would be fine for quite a while.
I'll never got to another chain garage again, regardless of how small the job is, because Knox has never steered me wrong. Their guys are the best, and Nolvia is an absolutely awesome person to deal with.

“Visited Kline’s for the first time recently when the AC in my vehicle stopped working. Bruce was thorough in explaining the process to diagnose the issue - we looked under the hood to make sure there were no restrictions, etc - he explained that they would charge it but there was no guarantee how long that would last. The AC worked for a few weeks then it stopped during one of the hottest weeks so far this year! I called and was able to get in the next day - I was grateful that I didn’t have to wait. Condenser was replaced and it was a great experience - excellent customer service and pricing.”

“Amazing service!!! No wonder they got all great reviews! I just moved to town and ended up with a nail in my tire over the weekend. They couldn't get me in on Monday when I called so they opened a little early to squeeze me in on Tuesday. Super nice man (I wish I got his name). Smiling while talking to me and he didn't jerk me around at all like most mechanics do. I wasn't expecting such an amazing price to plug it up either. In and out in less than a half hour. The service was way above the actual dealership. My husband and I found our new "go to" spot with our new cars.”

I used to use them since the 80's in butler park. 2 vehicles needing custom exhaust work, (excellent prices!) 1 needed it but they saw another serious frame issue and called immediately to let me rethink spending money on it. “Was moving my daughter into ESU and picked up a sheet metal screw on I-80 the night before move-in on out way into town. Had AAA tow the truck to the Pocono Tire & Brake shop first thing in the morning. Given the pressure of the timing and having to be at ESU to move her in, JR and Chris were able to get me in, get the tire plugged and had me back in action in time to get my daughter to move-in on time! I can't thank them enough! Great service and great people!”

“We brought my husband’s Ford Explorer over after only having it serviced at the local Ford dealership and having significant problems with them. Suddenly the water pump needed to be replaced and our car was dumping coolant. The dealership quoted us around $8,000 and that was not a possibility for us. We were able to get our car service at this shop for less than half of the dealership quoted us and they fixed more on the car. This shop was recommended to us and I am so thankful for it. Jason was absolutely wonderful. We dropped the car off on a Wednesday and it required around 20 hours of work- we weren’t expecting back anytime soon with the extensive work needed. We got a call on FRIDAY! Once we picked it up it was in the best shape it has been- better than what the dealership ever did. They definitely have customers for life with us and all of our vehicles. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.”

“Every year when its car inspection time, I cringe. How much time will it take to get this done. This year, we decided to go to Kost TIre in Brodsheadsville. We had been there for other car issues and were very happy with the service. From the moment we arrived, we were met by a positive, humorous man, Dominick, who made the process easy. We had not scheduled an appointment but stopped on our way back from doing errands. So we were put in the cue and we waited. The service was amazing, and I couldn't even finish the second Rifleman episode on TV and the car was done. Fresh coffee was available and the place was fairly quiet and very clean.
What makes a customer happy...knowing the job will be done well and in a timely manner. Thank you for making this process easy and next year, I will make an appointment and maybe only spend half the time with the Rifleman.”

“I purchased a window regulator from these folks and the process was excellent and they shipped the part to me, had no issues with it. Fast forward a month or so and another regulator went on my car. I called them and they had one I needed. They tested the part prior to shipping and called to let me know it did not work. That’s a stand up way to run a business. If I need any more parts I’ll be going back to them.”
