I have never had any issue with the doctors or staff. But what could use improving is their walk in emergency care. Needs major help. Long wait times, shortage of staff. What good is making an appointment you still wait. But even with all that my last emergency visit the doctor sent me right to the hospital. His quick thinking saved my life. For that I am grateful.

Must make appointments ahead of time if at all possible. I made mine for blood work and was in and out. The person in the lab was very friendly and quick. It was painless and I didn't even turn black and blue.

Getting a same day sickness appointment here is near impossible. Called 2 minutes after the phones opened and they had nothing available. Urgent care wait is almost always 4+ hours.

Went in for a catscan with contrast and after 5 pokes that they couldn't get my vein they collapsed one of my veins and hit an artery. I'm all bruised up and have welts on my arms that they're swollen

The care from Dr and staff is amazing.Wait times, even to be checked out, are absurd and inexcuseable. Respect patients time.St lukes, you need to properly staff your offices. they cant stay on time when theres 2 people in one office for clerical work!

Very friendly and professional staff. We've use the lab, walk in center, and physical therapy services here and have been very pleased.

Never had a bad experience whether it’s having a blood test or a med issue. Staff is always friendly and efficient.

Visited 2 times for DOT physical examination.
Can't complain. Waiting times as usual, but personal is friendly.

Unreliable, poor service and during medical situations you will only be able to reach random nurses and get cancellations from doctors that aren’t even yours a few hours before important appointments. Definitely drive farther to see another gyno.

Unprofessional and Cold. Arrived for my scheduled appointment - was yelled at that I needed to wait in my car and call a number. I never received an email or text with instructions to do this. The rude nurse pointed at a small sign, that was INSIDE the lobby area while shooing me out. On the entrance door there is small signage that blends in and is obviously very easily missed. I was never given a number to call and the google number is wrong. After finally getting the right number, the woman who answered was nice enough, told me I’ll get a call when the nurse is ready. I was eventually brought into a gross, unkept patient room. The nurse that saw me audibly scoffed at my medical history and was extremely dismissive. The doctor was somehow worse - he was so blatantly rude and uninterested. I don’t even think he said more than 5 words to me. When he gave me my paper work and ushered me to leave he said “good luck” in a snarky tone. It was the oddest, most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. I’ll never stray away from LVHN ever again.
