Would not recommend for your car wash. For our 3 year old site we have had to completely rebuild an Autosentry, and still have issues. Constant issues with member accounts, where the solution is to terminate the account, have it rebuilt with the customer coming in to add their credit card to file. Some technicians seem to know what they are doing, others not so much. Anytime they do a software update beware - new problems will arise. Can't wait for Sonny's to enter the Canadian market.

God forbid if you have to talk to 2 different techs because they will tell you completely different things. And the dispatch must always be having a bad day cause it sounds like your bothering her video game or something. It really sucks to wait all day for a call and more than likely it won't be helpful. I know my experience with DRB was way better, from experience and training and just over all better customer service. Just seemed like a lot less hoops to jump through with DRB. The new AI is cool too. So ICS can ya act like u care a little bit more plz. I just want to wash cars.

Very poor customer service. Have you waiting for a all back for anything. And if your down good luck. You will be loosing money by the minute. I'm trying to figure out an exit strategy from this company.

Their customer service is really WORST I have ever been experiencing. I called for a technical support for 3 days, but no return call at all. I have been using DRB, eGenuity, Sonnys and ICS, but this is the WORST. I won't use ICS anymore in the future.

Been trying to get my entrance management sign fixed for 2 weeks now, first it was motherboard then cooling unit, then power supply, now it wont boot up because of windows errors, then when you call for help its 4 to 5 hour wait. Now I see why they through it in the package if you committed to the package at last years show

Stay far away this company, they're a bunch of shysters. They charge an arm and leg for the system and maintenance contract and will not spend time with you when you have a problem. They use old Linux with embedded windows xp which makes it impossible to troubleshoot forcing you to go back to them. All they want to do is sell new stuff. Asked for a manager to call and it took 3 months to hear back. Terrible support and negative attitude. The manager even hung up on me when trying to resolve a problem.

Been having problems with my credit cards at both my washes and they can’t get them fixed. One site has been having the problems since September and my other site over 14 days now. Unacceptable when are you been paying for their support.

I took my car for a car wash at this place, after the car wash my car it was so dirty, the car wash did dud anything on the back of my car it wasn't not even weat and I got the manager special, I will no go back to this place or recommend.
