Always out of so many things. Employees are rude, don't acknowledge you when they walk by and will stand right in your way putting stock away without even trying to step aside so you can peruse the shelf for what you need. I've been treated so rudely by employees many times I avoid here as much as possible.
To be fair it seems to be a problem in a lot of Giants I've been in so maybe their training is bad.

Thank you to the amazing staff and management of the GIANT store in Wind Gap, PA, who helped out our driver yesterday! After he lost the tarp that was protecting a valuable and fragile tree they helped provide a substitute. So many other businesses turned him away and you were there to help. Once again Giant proves to be a community minded business! Erb's Landscaping appreciates you!!

Dealing with credit card fraud there. Cashiers manually entering cards, without the actual card. Very disappointing

My sons cake was suppose to be an edible image and they put cardboard on top and still got charged the full amount. They refused to fix their mess up ! Never will I get a cake from here again. Zero customer service skills to fix their mistake.

Always had a good experience here. The workers are friendly and helpful. Also other stores in the vicinity of parking lot that helps to multi task.
