Why at 7 o'clock at night the fridges are pushing out hot air??? HOT! they have coffees in there which will go bad, can make someone sick!! Health violation... they close earlier then they should, Almost 35mins a couple days ago.terrible service very rude employees

I am not usually one to leave reviews especially bad ones but this pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. The lack of professionalism is disgusting. They should never treat ANYONE the way they do but especially need to take into consideration that a majority of the people they are dealing with are sick or picking up medication to deal with an issue they are having. I don't know the lady's name who i witnessed being so insanely rude to someone but i will say the pharmacy manager Dennis Janosczyk needs to be fired for his lack of professionalism and inability to control his emotions... I understand people have bad days but to act that way while representing a company is never acceptable. Grow up

Terrible customer service. Incredulously rude and unprofessional staff, in particular Dennis, who is either the head pharmacist or the store manager. He never specified. He's got a really slick mouth over the phone. It will be interesting to see how slick it is in person when I make my way over there.

This location would be a zero if possible. DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. The management of the pharmacy is downright horrendous and the entire staff completely lacks any empathy for the customers they serve. On top of this they refuse to take any ownership of their mistakes they make. Choosing rather to become combative or tell you to go elsewhere. Your medications will be delayed consistently, you will be told things never were put in for refill. The staff seems completely out of touch with insurance systems and how they work. Completely unprofessional service consistently, no ownership of their mistakes, and a fundamental lack of actual customer service. Choose any other pharmacy that you can safely use or afford as this one will not actually supply you with medication, just excuses for why they dont have it.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with this store. The staff are kind and friendly, and quick with their job. The store is always stocked nice.

In this place they discriminate against people for not speaking English, I went to buy allergy medicine and the two women who treated me did not want to sell it to me when I said I did not speak English. They smiled and looked at me as if they didn't care. I went to the front to ask someone to help me in Spanish and their response was that they don't help me in Spanish. They didn't make the slightest effort to do something for me. I felt totally discriminated against. In this place, unfortunately it is the only pharmacy close to my work, they are not giving it to me. I am going to buy it and I showed them my driving license proving my identity and that it is a medication that I have bought on several occasions in this place, and it is The contempt so much that I went to another CVS near my home and they sold it to me without any problem with the same license that I showed in this place, they are bad, very bad, terrible place

They should just eliminate their “drive thru pharmacy” Sat forever waiting- nobody even acknowledges that you’re there , end up having to park and go in… This has happened several times ??

Waiting time is ridiculous. My doctor put in a prescription an hour and a half before arriving to cvs and was told my prescription would take another 20-30 minutes. Theirs no reason why it wasn’t filled before I arrived they were not under staff.

Been a regular customer for many years. This is the most convenient pharmacy for us and the hours are good. Overall we like CVS and this location is generally well stocked and clean. Everyone is mostly friendly but the cashiers in pharmacy are hit and miss. Half super friendly and helpful. The other half snarky. Biggest complaint overall with cvs pharmacy is they continually put prescriptions on auto fill without being asked. We have a lot of prescriptions and inevitably end up going home with one we don't need because it was auto filled. We are there 1-2 times per week and always stress no auto fill. Can't blame them for pushing whatever insurance will pay for, but it costs us real money out of pocket too.
