brought my car here last year for inspection. they told me my rear brakes and rotors needed replaced, so I let them do it. This year, I took the car back for another inspection. Kid there said the car needs a ball joint, AND, there is a problem with my rear brake pads....one side is 10/32, the other is 6/32. I ask how that could be...nothing feels like its hanging up. He takes it for a road test and doesnt feel the brake drag either. When I told them that THEY replaced the pads and rotors just last year, the kid looked a little stunned. The car went 5K miles from the last inspection. I asked if the pads had a warranty on them, and he said he would have to talk to the sales rep, and asked if I had the receipt from last year....i am guessing that they thought I wouldnt have it....but I did. they made a copy of the receipt and said they would call me and let me know. One week goes by, no call. I called them and left a message on their answering machine....no call back.at this point, i can only assume that this place likes to scam people into repairs. I wouldnt let them work on a skateboard. ...beware.Service: Steering & suspension repair
