Dr Arnold and the rest of the team are phenomenal. Dr Arnold is the only veterinarian thus far that actually cared about my dog and didn't treat me as if I were crazy. a "mother" just knows when something's wrong with her "baby" and other vets kept telling me it was my fault. Dr Arnold however did testing on my dog and got to the bottom of the problem, even called me after hours one night to make sure that I got the answers I so desperately needed. she got me meds for my dog and helped her get back on track and she finally was able to not have insufferable Incontinence. I will forever be thankful for dr arnold and all my pets will see her. she is nonjudgemental , full of knowledge, will take everything you say into consideration and give you her best advice on what the plan should be. She won't make you feel guilty if you can't do something right then and there for financial reasons like other vets I've experienced. Thank you Dr Arnold for always being the best

We have been going there for about 20 years. i am now finished with them. Our dog fell off the bed and was limping. I called to have the dog seen because I was afraid of breakage. They were going to fit me in until I told them I thought it was an emergency. They than told me that the vet emergency cost was 115.00 dollars. I yelled on the phone saying your worried about money ? I was just there last week for a lime shot and they checked the ears. 204.00 later I thought was pretty high. I guessing over 20 years we spent 5000.00 or more on our dogs. I really think that MONEY is now the important thing there, not health care of your animal. I did find a different vet to take care of my dog. Im finished making they rich. I have a lot more to complain about, but IM cutting it short. I wish I didnt have to do this but being on social security, we are limited. So good luck filling your pockets and I hope you sleep well at night.

They are BUTCHERS….. DO NOT Take your pet there Had my little dog under anastasia too long pulled all but two teeth …..now he can hardly walk! Took him to a good VET who said he was under too long. Should have been done in stages! If I could sue them , I would … do not care about $$$ just want others to know how bad they are ! If you love your pet … find a good VET…not these horrible people.

We just moved to the area in September and our daughter highly recommended Willow Run. We have been taking our two aging pets there ever since and just love Dr. Latham and how she cares for our babies. Would recommend this practice to everyone!!!

By far the worst vet I’ve been to. My dog is a rescue from the south and has abandonment issues ever since I got him and is scared to leave my side and it during COVID it was very hard on on him to go into the office alone. I always had to walk him up to the door then hand the lease off to the nurse tech at the last second. The one tech Misty refused to allow me to walk my dog to the door and rather yanked him out of my car to the door. My dog was very tramautized. On top of that he has a really sensitive stomach and it took a while to find him the proper food that wouldn’t upset his stomach. Dr Brubaker knew about this and said she would send a “sample” home. Rather she sent home a 50 lbs bag of food and charged me an additional $100 for this! I did not know this happened since they do not allow you to go in with your pet and make pay over the phone. 0/10 would recommend this place. Techs are rude and vets are very unprofessional.

This place is getting horrible. They don’t take you on time and then don’t even tell you. Then they tell me to call Monday morning on a Saturday to get my dog in but then turned me away. I have been going here for years and the service has gotten absolutely horrible. Then we ended up at Pet emergency anyway. Don’t recommend this Vet!!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to see Duffy at short notice for his skin infection and a day later he's doing much better! They've put the spring back in that Springer's step!

Dr. Anna and the rest of the staff were so great with Ollie! He went in for a biopsy of a lump on his nose and while he was under they also trimmed his nails, his toe fur, and a few areas of matted fur. Plus they noticed he had an ear infection and got that cleaned and treated as well! For a dog who truly dislikes going to the vet (even though he knows his vet very well

I use to be so impressed and in love with this place. They use to have such great customer service and actually care about your pets. For the past year I have been highly disappointed in this place and how they treat their clients and pets. Whenever I have a concerning issue with one of my animals I'm always referred to Pets Emergency when in all honesty my pet is bad enough but not to where they need to go to Pets Emergency and cost me an outrageous amount so I'm left to call a different vet. Also among the past year this place has been brushing me off and costing me a lot more money then it has been in the past and the receptionists who answer are always so rude! I have made the decision to choose a different vet all because of their lack of care for my pets and their rudeness to their clients. I suggest you don't bring your pets here but that's all up to you! Hope your experience will be better then what I've been having throughout the past year.

Very disappointing to call a Veterinary when your pet is in need of help and you are from out of town, to be told we aren't seeing new customers because they are only providing curbside service. So sad... so upsetting... so frightening.

We’ve been going to Willow Run for years. Dr Brubaker and her staff are just awesome. We had to send 4 of our kitties to heaven over recent years but her staff made it much easier. We just took Rusty (19 years old) for a physical. Service is excellent even in these trying days. Thank you.

We will NEVER EVER take our pets anywhere else but Willow Run. Dr. Brubaker and Dr.Jack are absolutely fantastic. They are wonderful with our dog and take their time to talk with us and explain to us in detail what is going on with our little guy. We love Willow Run!!!

First visit for our fur baby and the staff and vet did an excellent job!! They are so kind and explain everything to you at the end of the visit!! My parents have always taken our pets there when I was a child and the rest of my family continues to go there. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic
